That same Monday, two electricians returned to check why two kitchen outlets on the same wall weren't working. Instead of checking the breaker or doing any real diagnostics, they opened every outlet in the kitchen and even took down a light fixture, only to say "we can't figure it out." It took them two hours to do what I could've done in 30 minutes. They also left my kids' room with an open electrical box and didn't even install the ceiling fan--the main reason they came out in the first place. Then, radio silence for over a week, no updates, and when I called, I was told they considered the job "done." Turns out they were just waiting until they got back from vacation to schedule the rest... but no one told me that. In the end, a simple job that could've been completed in 2 hours took over two weeks, and I was charged over 5 hours for only 4 hours of actual time on-site (confirmed via my Ring camera). Unprofessional, disorganized, and not worth the hassle. Would not recommend.

They charged my system and checked out the mini slit that was leaking and the technician showed me where it was leaking and then he had to leave for training. He said to check the other units and send pictures, so I did. The next day I called and asked when they were coming back to check the other three and he said they would have to put me back on the list. I called the next day and just asked for a letter from them to send to Mr. Cool warranty department stating the mini split was leaking, so I could get a replacement for it and Eric said, "The owner doesn't feel comfortable putting his name on a letter to another company stating the unit was leaking." I will never use a company that can't stand by their work.
