I've known Theresa Sawyer and she did massages on me for a few years. I had purchased a few…read moremassages (pkg of 10) a few times. This last time, I had hurt my back and couldn't walk for a month or so. She wanted me to ask my Dr. to do a referral so she could bill worker's comp and said this way I wouldn't have to use up my package. She asked this a couple times and both times I went to the Dr.'s and told her he said no. She said I had five left of my package and she had made it difficult to be seen. She would cancel / reschedule on me. January 2020, I booked 2 appointments. she cancelled due to weather and being sick. Then scheduled late February which she rescheduled for March. But when she scheduled in February she told me that I couldn't do Saturday's at 9am anymore because she had a client that is at that time and is an hour an half. I told her that I doubt that person does every Saturday. Then March was cancelled due to COVID -19. June I was the one that reached out to her. She said she doesn't do Saturdays anymore and she saw me after work (4:30pm) and I did 3 of the 5. Then August she booked me then cancelled to help her mom, scheduled me for 2 weeks later then she had a Dr.'s appointment she forgot about. Then a couple weeks later she texted me an hour before my appointment and said her air conditioner died. She rescheduled me for Aug. 18th and then messages me showing me a paper with packages/prices and saying that the package is only good for 6 months. I showed for my appointment and she was never there. She feels she doesn't owe me the 2. I feel she does as she didn't want to schedule me and kept cancelling. She refused to reimburse me. Plus telling me to have my Dr. do a referral so I wouldn't have to use up my package. She also texted me saying "the drama of of you said this and I said that and blah, blah, blah has led to this". How professional. It's your choice if you go but I wouldn't purchase a package as you won't get to use them all.

Victoria is a highly sought local massage therapist and books up quickly, but she works hard to get you in. I bought a package from her and her massages are spot on. She will keep monitoring you to make sure the pressure is correct and she does cupping, steamed towel, reiki, and cranio-sacral therapy, too. I have fallen asleep on the table while she was working on me at least once and I always leave feeling more relaxed. She 's also highly knowledgeable and intuitive about feet structural issues and proper shoe fitting. She is certified in Structural Reflexology®, which as explained on her site, "analyzes foot alignment and function to correct foot problems by seeking the cause of painful symptoms. The foot structure is assessed, aligned, and then by utilizing Reflexology, massage techniques, and gentle taims, joint and muscle tension is relieved." My dad has severe feet issues that have led to difficulty walking. He was going to be visiting me, so I got him set up for a package with Victoria. He was highly impressed with her knowledge and his feet felt better than they had in a long time. He was so pleased, that he even signed up for a full body massage. Victoria is kind, sweet, and does phenomenal work. I'm so grateful for her services.
