My goal was to learn the basics of using a sewing machine. While anxiety ridden about using their equipment, as I'm quite clumsy, the instructors eased my shaky hands and by the end I felt confident enough to take another class. Side note: I'll probably take the beginner class one more time so I can focus on my speed as seen in the video. My Best Friend's Sewing Room LLC offers a variety of classes from beginner to advanced. They're classes are great for the young and old. If you have mini me's check out their summer camps or take a class with your mini. Group Suggestions: Have one person book your spots or agree to all book at the same time. The classes are limited and you want to be sure to get a seat in the class. It's the first time I've "cared" about school since the 3rd grade. The teachers here care about you, and with the small class sizes you really get a chance to know them and form meaningful relationships. The classes are quick--8 weeks--and you're able to knock it out at an extremely convenient but comfortable speed. And the club opportunities are terrific. Our debate team went to Chicago. It was crazy. The school's extremely affordable as it is, but on top of the already low cost, your books are free. If you're interested in starting college for the first time or coming back to try again, I implore you to do it at GMC.

The past 6 months, more and more, you come to the school to find out they're closed that day or having a ceremony. I finally started calling in advance a few months ago. THREE times in the past 2 months, I cal and they come on. I come and they say they aren't taking clients. I'd rather pay more money for consistency. But if you don't mind the run around and frustration half the time, decent service for a cheap price.

Not the same courtesy they extended to me. This woukx have been my second visit. The first visit they also almost canceled my procedure, but they were able to find someone to do it.

Somehow I believe after moving to the manicure side, a flaw happened on one toe nail. Instead of removing the polish and correcting the problem, more nail polish was applied. It was terrible trying to remove the polish at home. As for the manicure, the service went well, but I had to remove the polish when I got home due to it being messed up. There wasn't a lot of overseeing by the instructor. This whole thing lasted about 4 or more hours for both pedi and mani. Also please let the customer be in control of the massager on the pedi chair. Too much is not pleasing!
