Difficulty turning the steering wheel, intense grinding and scraping sounds, vibrations, etc. And little to no body/cosmetic work was actually done. After taking it to another mechanic, they recommended not driving it at all because of safety concerns and continued damage due to improper and incomplete repairs. THEY ALSO FOUND A RUSTY PAIR OF PLIERS LODGED BETWEEN THE FRAME AND THE CONTROL ARM WHICH WAS CAUSING MUCH OF THE STEERING AND GRINDING ISSUES. The compressor was incorrectly placed and was shredding the timing belt. The control arms were bent and causing gouging and damage to the brakes. I paid another $3,330 to get those things fixed. I have now paid over $7,100 OVER Kong's initial $9,000 estimate just to get the car in safe driving condition. So all in I have paid over $16,100... and that's just under the hood. After several requests and sharing paperwork and all details with Kong's, they are unwilling to reimburse me for these expenses. If you have had a similar experience, I recommend filing formal complaints with: GA Attorney General, Secretary of State, Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, and local and state criminal fraud/negligence departments. *notes and pics are from the reputable mechanic that finally got my car into a safe and drivable condition.

Geico deemed it a total loss--but I knew the damage wasn't that severe. I felt pressured to accept the total loss but refused to sign off because my vehicle has low miles, no mechanical issues, and I believed it could absolutely be saved. Thankfully, I took it to Paint Genius for a second opinion. Chris thoroughly inspected it and confirmed it was repairable--for less than half the dealership's quote. After months of back and forth, my total loss claim was reversed, and Paint Genius brought my car back to life. It runs smoother than ever, like nothing ever happened. (Oh, by the way...They kindly took care of some pre-existing cosmetic damage - you can't even tell that section of my vehicle was painted. It matches the original paint seamlessly.) I'm beyond grateful for their honesty, expertise, and dedication. I highly recommend Paint Genius to anyone looking for professional, trustworthy, and a skilled high quality auto body work.

Manny was a very respectful and friendly guy who took care of my vehicle. Even though they completed the paint correction, I now have new issues that I have just noticed since washing my vehicle 2 weeks after picking it up. Don't get me wrong, the car wash shining like it should've been when I took delivery of it, but it's the minor issue that I am left with now. After washing the vehicle and drying it down, I noticed a lot of blue marks along all 4 fenders. There's also some blue and white spots on the paint that no matter how much I washed and wiped over it, they will not come off.
