I really expected…read morebetter and realized that it's just like every other gay bar in most smaller cities/towns: music that is way too freakin' loud, expensive drinks, and the uncomfortable feeling that everyone over 40 is constantly trying to take me home. The service from the bartenders is quite good; they're able to handle large crowds almost effortlessly from the four different times that I've been. The drag shows are quite entertaining, as always, but that's not what makes a club great. If I had any suggestions, I would probably start with the DJ staff: they play great music, but have no idea how to read a crowd at appropriate times or how to adjust the levels to match the room and/or crowd. Everyone loves to dance and have a great time, but I don't think everyone should feel like their ears are bleed when they leave. Granted, this is typical of many different clubs, but it doesn't mean that it's how it should be done. Really, I had a great time and had some great drinks that were over-priced, but that doesn't mean there isn't plenty of room for improvement.

I can't remember the exact theme of the show but it involved cartoon characters and was just hilarious and so much fun. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into their performances and they definitely made the birthday girl feel special as well. I ordered the Sassy Brunch Burger with fries and I had no complaints there. However, the food is pretty average which if you're more or less just focused on having a good time, then you'll enjoy or accept it. Do note that there used to be two locations, the other that's now permanently closed was near the water (some pictures of that location still show up in past reviews). The only location now is located downtown Toledo where I believe the only option is street parking. Also, I did not go on the second floor so I don't know what that all might entail. I like that it's pretty spacious with lots of seating and plenty of room to dance. We went around 9 on a weeknight and it wasn't super busy but as the night went on it definitely filled up - however the atmosphere was always super chill and welcoming. My only critique would be the decor as it looks a little bare/sad with all the concrete! I am super excited to check them out for drag brunch as well as other programming and events! Mostly I am excited to see them grow and the possibilities for what it can become!
