The SBY airport has WAY too many people working at TSA. The only reason I'm giving this airport anything above 1 star is this amazing guy who seems to work all positions. I wasn't able to hear his name, but he was changing boarding passes, de-icing planes, driving equipment-absolutely incredible! I would also recommend that the employees update the passengers frequently instead of letting us guess what is happening with our flight. Absolutely lazy behavior, except for "do-it-all" man.

My mother told me that the car was immaculately clean and the drive was pleasant and helped her relax despite very upsetting circumstances. Dennis safely delivered my mother to her door, for which I am grateful and I hope that I'm able to use Dave's services again in the future-under better circumstances.

They have lineman, long runways and it is outside of the airspace to have to deal with Washington DC restrictions. They are friendly and helpful in the terminal.
