The only thing we did at this visit was go over bloodwork. You can not talk about any health issues you may be experiencing or the "wellness check " might not be covered by Ins. Complete waist or time! The only reason they push so hard for these types of visits is so they can get money from Insurance. It has nothing to do with the patient. It was such a generic visit. Even the provider seemed "checked out " Definitely no connection and not someone I would trust with any health issues I might have.

Each time, I left messages for the provider, and the message I got back was, "the provider says you have to come in." These were relatively minor issues that, in the past, other offices were able to answer over the phone. We all know that health care is now big business and the providers don't get paid unless they have someone come in. Recently I called to set up an appointment with an alternate provider (in the same office), and I was told that wouldn't be possible. They even put me on hold to verify this. I have never experienced this before. After reading some of the other reviews, the providers might want to take a serious look at the office staff. It looks like the days of Dr. Welby are in the past (Google it).

I have spoken with Heather multiple times and she is rude and unpleasant, she cut me off multiple times, has scheduled me incorrectly and has been incredibly condescending. I really enjoy the provide I'm seeing and I'm really disappointed no one else at the practice seems to have the same care and compassion for their patients.
