From my very first interaction, I have been incredibly impressed with how organized, professional, and genuinely kind everyone has been. Every single person I've spoken with has treated me with compassion, patience, and respect. I made it a point to remember some of their names because they all stood out: Essence, Erica, Rachel, Brittany, Dr. DeFrancisco, and Dr. Tyler (and I know I'm forgetting a few others who were just as wonderful!). What truly won me over was an experience that reminded me of how doctor's offices used to be--when people genuinely cared about the patient, not just the appointment schedule. While I was receiving an infusion, I desperately needed a cortisone injection. Even though Dr. DeFrancisco wasn't at that location that day, he responded to my message almost immediately, coordinated with the staff between offices, and arranged for Dr. Tyler to see me right then and there without a scheduled appointment. That level of teamwork, communication, and patient care is rare, and it meant so much to me. Dr. Tyler was absolutely hilarious and instantly put me at ease, and Dr. DeFrancisco has been everything I hoped for in a rheumatologist--knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in his patients. It's not often that every single person you encounter at a medical practice leaves a positive impression, but that has truly been my experience here. I can't recommend this practice highly enough. If you're hesitant about making a switch like I was, don't be. I'm so happy I did.

Bronchitis, sinus infections, flus, requests for bloodwork or MRIS, kidney stones, and maintenance medications. Dr. jendry I find to be the compassionate and willing to do the most digging when it comes to complex medical problems. I have complex needs and he has been nothing short of providing me a quality of life again. Jenny, well she has zero bed side manner. This past week I went in with a severe cough that kept me up, and she sent me in my way saying it's really nothing and to ride it out. I ended up the in ER because I was wheezing, coughing up blood, and couldn't catch my breath. Acute bronchitis. Also, because I was self pay I had only asked since jendry wasn't in if they were okay writing a controlled script to save me another 90 dollar visit, and she insinuated I had 400 of this substance when I did not. I would avoid her appointments if possible. Eileen's husband is the best MA ever. Euler and all the front desk is amazing. I've never seen dr. Glossier but from what I've heard he's pretty outstanding too.

I was a patient at Geriatric & Family Medicine for many years…read more I recently moved out of Colorado and asked for Geriatric & Family Medicine to transfer a Rx they had written for three 90-day refills to my new Rx provider. Geriatric & Family Medicine refused to make the minor effort necessary to make the transfer. I think any medical person who writes a Rx should be professional and mature enough to maintain that prescription. I'm astounded Geriatric & Family Medicine would be so petty and unprofessional.

The doctor was professional, addressed all the issues I raised, and when he did not know something he wasn't afraid to use research to address the issue. Brandon was easy to talk to about extremely personal issues and he did not judge. He was honest and upfront and when he didn't have the answer he had a referral at hand for a specialist who could better address the issue. Dr. Combs has an excellent bedside manner. I've reviewed the facility he works at in a separate review. This is only for the doctor. I've found my new Denver doctor. I like that he has admitting credentials at UC and that his practice has an all electronic medical record. As soon as my lab results were ready I was notified electronically and could review them online. I make a special trek to this location (not really convenient to me) just for Dr. Combs. I needed a prescription change from vyvanse to adderall. Most places will turn you away and ask you to take any other adhd med regardless of your wishes and history. I've been diagnosed for over 15 years with multiple medications on file. Vyvanse, adderall, concerta, ritalin, to name the majority. Dr. Weller treated me like a human instead of a pill popper and allowed me to change back to adderall. No runarounds, no stalling, it was quick and to the point and for that they earned my 5 stars.
