My dentist told me it should cost about $1,600 for everything after I insurance. Once at this center while in extreme pain from my tooth this place told me it would be more like closer to $3k!!! I said OMG thats double was what my dentist told me but I said fine with a down payment of $1885! So they do the surgery that took all of 20 mins and sent me on my way in even more pain but with a bunch of meds that helped a lot but I'm still in pain today and this was over 6 months ago. So about a couples weeks after the surgery I get a notice of a bill for almost 2K!!!! And I said oh now this has to be wrong and was told no its correct my total bill was just under 4k! I said no I was told it would be under 3k total for everything and that was before what the insurance took out and they responded and called me a liar and stated they told me the ESTIMATED cost would be $3771.41!!! So you telling me you told me before you even looked at my tooth that the total would be $3771.41 thats really amazing that you had that number down to the cents! Wow! This is false!!! And not they are holding my tooth hostage so I can't get my crown and also I'm still in pain and they won't do anything to help until I pay the balance! GO SOME WHERE ELSE GUYS PLEASE AND GET YOU ESTIMATE IN WRITING!!!

They explained the entire procedure so I knew what to expect. So glad they did as I would have been concerned if they hadn't. Lupe made me feel so comfortable. There was even a little note in my bag Highly recommend them.

Went to the exam I was told I would need a root canal which is fine I expected it. I schedule it three weeks out because I have other priorities . So I go to my appointment, I let the assistant know like hey I'm scared of needle can u let the doctor know. She says yes, comes back with the stick that has the numbing stuff on it. The doctor comes in , doesn't introduce himself or anything . I ask is that the needle and he says yes and instantly starts to poke me. I was in tears because not only was I not heard but I wasn't comfortable. Later on the numbing goes away and I can't even close my mouth to chew. I couldn't even chew on my left side because of the filing they put in it. I had to get it shaved down two days later, not the next day because no dentists was in ,A week day at that. Later on that day , I seen someone else on google reviews went through the same experience I did.

If you want a dentist for popping in and out for a cleaning or suddenly have a cavity, it would work out better for YOU. If you have serious issues, don't end up like me and have all the teeth yanked out of your mouth for dentures that they charge you $180 to consistently improperly maintaining them. It was so bad, I spent a year not using the new dentures at all because I had spent so much money, I just spent the year without it in my mouth. So, don't let this happen to you. IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING BEYOND THE NORMAL CAVITIES, FILLINGS AND CROWNS - FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. Enter at your own risk unless you make $200,000 a year or more because they'll take one hell of a chunk of it.

Warning: Avoid This Dental Office at All Costs!…read more I am writing to warn others about the horrific experience I had at performance Dental. After a botched root canal, I was left with a painful abscess for OVER A MONTH. The office showed a complete lack of urgency and concern for my well-being, telling me to wait until my insurance kicked in instead of offering to fix their mistake promptly. To make matters worse, I'm now questioning whether I even needed a root canal in the first place. The office's priorities seem to be focused on maximizing profits rather than providing quality care. I'm still trying to resolve this issue, but I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy. The lack of empathy, expertise, and transparency is appalling. Take your business (and your teeth) elsewhere! Mind you this is after 10 years plus of being loyal telling all my friends and family about their services to which all of them patronize the business Dr. Falyn won't even call me back because he doesn't care about his client.
