They stay up on current dentistry and are conscientious about your comfort---let's face it, dental work isn't always fun. Dr. Duffner was great even when my kids were little. But not here, Doctor Duffner, always tells you your prognosis and speaks to you in a friendly manner and is not condescending at all, like other dentists, and is always concerned that you do the right thing to keep your teeth healthy and clean. His staff is also very friendly and gentle when it comes to the cleanings. I've had a couple of cavities removed and some teeth capped here and continue to come here for cleanings and checkups. We had a long break after Covid and when I went back in August 2022, we found that Dr. Perry had left. Both kids needed some fillings, and they required that I pay $1500 in advance. In December 2022, I called to find out if they received the insurance payments and when I would receive the refund. They said that they had a balance of $500 that they would send in 6-8 weeks. I called again in January, again in February and in March. And it is now May and they are still holding my money. In addition, to the issue with the money, they did a very poor job with my daughter's fillings. She went 3 different times and still has pain in one of her teeth, presumably because her bite is off. It was very hard to get the dentist to talk to me. She never introduced herself to me, so I had to find out on my own that the person I spoke to was the dentist. Also they wanted me to sign a blank form approving any and all services, as opposed to just the fillings, and it was a whole ordeal to get them to allow me to cross out the things that I was not approving. 6/1/23 Edited to add: The response from Ashley is a lie. No one has reached out to me. I still have not received a statement from ETC detailing how the money was applied, nor I have received the reimbursement that I am owed. The issue is most assuredly NOT resolved. 6/1/23 Edited to add: I had to reach out to Ashley myself to get this cleared up. I discovered that they did reimburse the money. But contrary to Ashley's claim, no one ever spoke to me to tell me that it would be put on my credit card, and ETC never sent a statement either by e-mail or by mail. So it is good that the money was reimbursed, but it took them over six months to do it, and only did so after several communications from me. Unfortunately, it is not enough to change the rating.

I normally go to Performance Dental but it's the whitening trays for me that brought me here today. I walk in and the beautiful reception (who I found out was the manager Tonya) says Goodmorning how can I make you smile today? which is really an adorable touch. She was very friendly and personable, explained the checking in process very well and was very professional. Hence dope manager... She even checked on me when walking by. I had a dental assistant Danielle she was very nice and very thorough. My appointment time was at 8:15 it took two hours with X-rays, Impressions taken for the whitening trays, Exam, Treatment plan and Cleaning. There are two people that work here that literally looked at me and didn't speak which is bad customer service in my opinion. Every person should speak to the patients including the trainer from Texas, but I digress. Without patients you wouldn't have a reason to train. The rooms have TV and they play the music of your choice via Pandora.. My choice was RNB started with Toni Braxton. The chairs massage you and heat up. These attributes were extremely nice. Normally you watch whatever station is on, if one is on. Definitely No music of your choice if at all and regular smegular chairs.. yes I made a word.. Besides the two people including the trainer that didn't speak I could tell my dental hygienist was nervous and no one explained what I was supposed to do with my whitening trays.
