The Dr. is not necessarily in the office during posted hours so if you need something same day (even if it has to do with prescriptions), it is impossible to get assistance if he leaves early. I also don't believe the front desk understands that sometimes things are urgent and you don't want to drive all the way to an emergency vet. Again, very nice Doc but difficult to get through the appointment making process and finding a somewhat convenient time to bring your pet in.

She's also very comprehensive, both exploring issues I came in for and other things she observed in my dog, a Frenchie. I came in because my dog was drooling profusely and hacking and she asked several questions to assess whether it was an acidic stomach and gave me an easy to understand assessment of what I should do next. She also explained to me what a "luxating patella" was after being told my dog had this since being a puppy. She showed me a model knee and explained it step by step. A+ visit!
