I patiently waited to get updated on the progress and the only time I was ever updated was when I called to see when the installation would take place. I worked with Chris Paolini and every time I called he would tell me someone would be contacting me in a week. After being given the run around for a few weeks I had finally had it this week. I called at the beginning of the week and gave them one more shot and Chris assured me that someone would be calling me on Friday. Friday came and still no call so I called this afternoon and politely asked for a refund. I was tired of getting the run around and just wanted my deposit back. Chris refused because magically they "started printing the graphics just this morning". I highly doubt that, and they are only saying that so they can weasel out of a refund. The communication throughout this whole experience was horrible, like I said the only updates I got were when I called. If it was going to take longer they should have communicated that. Chris agreed that the communication wasn't good and instead of doing the right thing and just giving us our money back they frantically started printing out the graphics just so they could try and salvage things on their end. Very disappointed with the whole experience and do not recommend.

We ordered a huge circular sign to hang over an exhibit hall that turned out great and was very easy to set up and tear down. For a second show, they had the perfect solution for a very awkward space that we were assigned. We had to submit the order last minute, and because of the quick turnaround, we needed to ship directly to the show. Not only did Zilla do this, but they offered a ton of set up advice and even set the entire display up to take pictures and send to our sales team (who will be setting up at the show). We are so happy with Zilla Display, and we will absolutely be using them for future needs. After working with some larger companies near home that just didn't offer great solutions, we're excited to see some new ideas, built by a fun team that's easy to work with.
