I used the provided hand sanitizer to wipe off the mouse, but it's still disgusting, but I braved it. I started clicking on the subject boxes...nothing happened. I asked for assistance and was told to click on chrome...a blank screen popped up. Thank HEAVENS FedEx was just up the road and provided wonderful customer service! Raleigh was very patient and kind.
