A nice lady actually answered the phone and informed me that she would have someone out between 2 and 4 the same day. Sure enough, the technician showed up right around 2. He didn't have the correct part on his vehicle, but went out of his way to go get the part and return so that we could get some cool air going again. He was polite and quick with the repair.
