While you're getting your cut you can enjoy watching music videos in a clean well established environment. Ask for Anthony. 6 days a week, will work 7 depending on demand. There are plenty of other barbers who can cut in there as well. Most you have to make an appointment for. I was a walk in and Anthony cut my hair. I had no clue what I wanted, he helped me figure out what would look good on me. I usually cut it bald. Thanks for the awesome haircut and shave.

Though I was excited to learn and cut boy hair eventually, I didn't want to mess up on his first one since he'd be seeing extended relatives for the first time for Thanksgiving. Called around and found this place that makes you forget you're in Merced inside. Very cool atmosphere. Vince was our barber and he was super nice and gentle with him. He took his time to explain about the anatomy of my son's hair and the different tools he was using on him, knowing that I wanted to learn to cut in the long run. At the end, he said no charge! What a nice guy...but of course I still insisted to tip. Welcoming place for men (and babies!) to hang, chat, and get cuts! They take their time with you and have passion for what they do. I have been going to this barbershop for several years. Their staff is extremely good at cutting…read morehair very friendly and polite. Today was the first time I could visit my favorite barbershop because they had to close for the pandemic. They are doing everything right, you need to call for an appointment they have been following every rule / suggestion that the state is asking for. They have a sun cover outside the front door to try and keep you a little more comfortable while you wait for your appointment to be let in to have your haircut. They sanitize after each customer they are all wearing masks they have a digital temperature gauge on site and hand sanitizers. This Barber Shop has only three chairs in a straight line, they are only using the last chair and the first chair giving the customer more than 6 feet of distancing. If you have never visited this Barber Shop this is a must for your next haircut.
