I originally intended to go to a different salon for hair care, but stopped by Terrame one day to pick up some Bumble & Bumble products (they're one of the few salons locally that sells a VAST line of BB products). One of the owners approached me as I was browsing, and we talked for a few minutes about the products. He told me to consider getting my hair cut/colored by Jessica, because she's especially good with foil and he said our personalities would be a good match. Well, I caved in and finally did it. I had to wait about 4 months to get an appointment with her (she doesn't turn away new clients), and was it ever worth the wait! Jessica is extremely talented at what she does. I barely had to explain to her what I wanted, and to be honest, my hair doesn't even look colored. It's the most natural, and she styled it in exactly the way I wanted. I haven't used any of their spa services, but I definitely will be. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Just an all-around great place with good customer service!
