Amanda answered the phone. I asked if anyone had any availability for a haircut today. She said she would look. Then asked if I had ever been there before, I stated that I had not. Got a real quick NO! No offer of when they might have availability. Just simply no. I guess they do not need any new business. Well I can promise I will not ever consider Terrame Salon ever in the future! No customer service at all.

Everyone in town raves about this place so I decided to book a spa day that included a massage,…read morefacial, and pedicure, back in early Nov '21. This was in the hopes of having my new regular spot for services, but let's just say I don't wanna go back here. This is not my first spa experience, so I was a bit put off by the service through the day. I arrived and there's no clear signage on where to go, eventually someone told me to go check in upstairs, and a girl took me around to ask if I wanted a robe, since it was a full day thing I thought that was assumed. Anyway, after changing I was to put my belongings in a locker, but they were all missing keys, the girl was confused and told me to just put my stuff wherever, which was not a way to begin a relaxing day. Also, nobody I saw working up to that moment was wearing a mask, which just added to my anxiety. The massage therapist was first, and she was great (Sydney), and also wore a mask the whole time, she's the reason I gave 2 stars and not 1, I would see her again at a different location. Meanwhile, the person who did my facial could not bother to wear a mask and didn't even give me any feedback during my service. And the lady who did my pedicure didn't even want to talk to me and decided to chat with the next chair over instead. Oh, and after the massage I noticed they had brought keys for the lockers for new clients who came over but didn't say anything to me, so I took it upon myself to move my stuff to a locker with a key at that point. Management seemed nice and sent me home with a box of chocolates and a candle, but the services were not up to par, and the lack of masking was a complete turn off. So I'm still trying to find a spa in the area.

I called them up and scheduled an appointment for one of their spa packages which included a signature facial, massage, manicure, and pedicure which ran me about $215. It sounds steep but it's one of the best prices I have in the Huntsville area. Fast forward a month and my mom and I begin to make our way to the salon with little to no trouble. The salon is nice, clean and really feels like an escape. The women there really made me feel like I was leaving my mother in very capable hands. Around four hours later, I picked her up refreshed and relaxed. She really loved the service, everything about it actually. Everyone was nice and treated her so well, which I really appreciated because I wanted to do something nice for my mom on her birthday. They treated my mother so well and made her feel so special. I would highly recommend 921 Salon & Dayy Spa.

I finally selected her recommended color and proceeded with the process. When all was said and done, the color wasn't even close to the selected color. Wayyyy too light. She mentioned that she could add gloss to darken it (additional charge). I passed on it, paid my bill of almost $200 dollars (with tip) and left...not happy. The color that she used didn't even last two weeks before the gray came through. Will not return.

The extra $30 I paid for the foot massage was not worth it, in my opinion. I wish she would've massaged the soles and heels more.
