I've been coming for about 6 weeks and have already made friends. Some of their classes have a kid's room available so someone can watch your little one while you workout. They are welcoming whether that means you're a grandparent looking to get in better shape and stay active or whether that means that you're 20-something that wants the thrill of competing in a sport. He was able to let me in the gym while he was at his second home in Costa Rica. I was impressed with his level of sincerity and just overall pleasant demeanor. Although I had heard some negative rumblings about the previous owner, Ryan was super nice and easy to deal with. He informed that he has owned the gym for two years now and installed the most modern and advanced exercise equipment on the market and it shows when you walk in the door, surprisingly the gym was not crowded for the week I went in my guest pass and was always very clean and all of the members were very nice. I am a few pounds overweight and non of the members made me feel uncomfortable or out of place. I will be going back when I visit next and look forward to meeting Ryan in person! Lack of respect with certain instructors and classes. It all comes down to poor management and a lack of a working Board of Directors. This will lead to quality, long time members pulling their money and spending it elsewhere. It's consistently gotten worse. Such a shame.

I made an appointment here because I last minute needed a massage and my usual place, Elements, did…read morenot have any appts open at the time I wanted. When I called, they were friendly. They have options of either a half hour, or hour. I got there, and the waiting room was packed, mainly of senior citizens because it is also a physical therapy place. I checked in, and was told that the double booked and asked if I could come back 2 hours later. This was somewhat annoying cause I was at my grandmas before this, therefore driving 20 miles to get here. They apologized and said that they would compensate me for the mistake, so I came back. I got the massage, which is done in a separate part of the building downstairs from the physical therapy. I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever received, and I get one every 2 weeks. They gave me 25% off the massage, so I spent about $36 for an hour ($51 with tip). That is a steal for an hour massage! I definitely plan on coming back here. In fact, I just purchased a gift certificate here for my friend today! Ask for Britta!
