After relocating I used Bewdley Dental practice for the first time and although I had the same anxieties on arrival, they we're immediately alleviated when I met the Dentist. He really put me at ease and his manner made me feel safe and reassured. I received what I would consider extensive dental treatment, fillings, root canal treatment and crowns all on the nhs and found the service outstanding. The dentist I see is incredibly young, but he really seems to know what he is talking about. He seems thorough, without being over the top. He's also good at putting people at ease, and didn't even mind my baby being there. The rooms are incredibly small, but if you're stuck in a dentist's chair, does it really matter? Waiting area is slightly limited for children but wait times are minimal so this is rarely an issue anyway. Treatment is to a good standard and children are well catered for, as a parent i felt valued rather than demeaned as I have with previous dental surgeries.
