The girl was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly then answered all my questions. The room was neat, tidy and clean and I would be happy to go back for the treatment when I have the money. They do lots of other beauty treatments and it seems like a nice environment to have them in. It's also out of town so there is not normally any problem with parking as you can just find a spare space in one of the residential roads.

For months I tried to reach out to them and after many failed attempts I finally had a meeting with the general manager and Mr Good who promised to help rectify the problem. During the meeting they made me feel like a huge inconvenience and pretended to not understand why I was so upset. This was over 6 months ago and I still haven't heard an update and they are now ignoring my emails and phone calls. I am so shocked that a business can be so unprofessional and sloppy in how they treat their clients. I please urge you all to rethink before going to this clinic because they don't care about your wellbeing. Please do your research and chose somewhere more professional, trustworthy and who actually take pride in their work. Your face, body and soul will thank you.
