I called more times than I can count and got nowhere every single time. It wasn't until I finally contacted the corporate office that your location suddenly decided they would allow me to book an appointment. Once I got there, the problems only got worse. I was told I needed a procedure that I had already had done and that I absolutely did not need again. The only thing that made it different this time was that my insurance wouldn't cover it, so of course it came with a nice out-of-pocket price tag. That didn't sit right with me, so I went to another dentist for a second opinion. He confirmed exactly what I suspected -- I did not need their so-called "special" $400 cleaning or the extra treatment they were pushing. I really wish I had paid attention to the reviews before walking into this place, because what happened to me clearly isn't rare. When so many people are saying the same things, it's not bad luck it's how they do business. If you're looking for honest care instead of pressure to buy things you don't need, I'd strongly suggest finding a different office.

They have a number of dentist and hygienists on the roster, mainly I've worked with Dr. Ghandi and Dr.Harwood. They're both amazing, and don't make you feel like you're less, because of your teeth. They were/are in horrible shape and I was never given any positive feedback or hope from any dentist I've ever gone to. The amazing team at Biddeford Saco Dental Associates gave me hope. From day one Dr Brayley and the amazing team there made me feel like my dreams can come true. That I could have a picture perfect smile again. That I could be proud of my smile. The beat part? I never felt judged! Instead it was a "let make it happen attitude". They didn't drag their feet! I met them 1.5 months ago and today I went in to start get caps and bridges on my top teeth. Although what I have now is temporary, until the final product comes in, I'm still in amazement. The best part... the whole team was exited for me! Everyone wanted to see and congratulate me. I had the opportunity today to present as an emergency patient to Dr. Sheikh and not only was I put in at my convenience but upon entering I realized I had come upon a very special place for my dental care. The office was immaculate, the staff was beyond friendly and welcoming and the doctor could not be more professional or knowledgeable. Being an oral surgeon I've had the opportunity to visit and encounter many offices, this was one of the many I had the pleasure of being able to experience. Most of the treatments a dentist preforms atomize saliva. Because of this the provider needs to wear a N95 mask, gowns, and face shield. The day of my appointment they called and cancelled my 9:00 am and moved to 1:00 pm. I went to the later appointment and was satisfied with treatment. Made an appointment for my next cleaning and sure enough, they called at 8:15 and canceled my 9:00 am appointment and wanted to reschedule. I refused a new appointment, I will now search for a new dentist that I can trust to be there for my appointments. I find this to be poor business practices and does not rate further appointments.
