I would highly recommend them to anyone needing hospice care. They took incredible care of mother and kept me informed throughout her care.

EVERYONE on staff from the front desk, nurses aide, RNs, to the social workers were WONDERFUL! Everyone was so kind, helpful, thoughtful and accommodating. You could tell that they cared deeply for not only my dad's comfort & peaceful farewell but also wanted my mom and I to feel the compassion and understanding as well. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone's loved ones that need assistance/hospice care. They helped make the best of a very sad situation.

They make empty promises and are not going to help when something goes terribly wrong. They talk you into "letting your loved one go". Don't let them tell you that they will help extend life as long as possible, believe me, it will end quickly. One day my family member was sitting up in the hospital talking, and laughing with a lollipop and 2 yrs of life estimated by doctors. The patient went home that day with hospice for assistance only, not end of life care. They had an emergency situation come up, that needed immediate help in which instead of recommending a hospice revoke and hospitalization, they **talked my family into seeing that "letting go was best for us all" because they had been through enough. They died 31 hours later. We never said goodbye. We live with regret.

My mom had met with the Right at Home folks- speaking to Jennifer and meeting in person with Liz- and was very impressed, When I started dealing with them- I was extremely impressed as well. They were so compassionate and so incredibly helpful. It was right around July 4th weekend when we were trying to start getting assistance which was difficulty to do and they went above and beyond to try and help us get the care we needed- going so far as to call other care groups to supplement when they did not have enough staff. Ultimately- my Dad died before care could begin. But knowing that they were there and so supportive the whole way along- was amazing. I recommend them fully and completely.

My sibling and I live out of state, and Mom's disease had progressed beyond what her nearby siblings could handle. Mom's Right at Home Wilmington team provided her with wonderful care that included bathing and dressing, light cooking and cleaning, and medications. They kept Mom engaged with conversation, walks, music, singing, "helping" with meals, even dancing. They treated her with respect and loved her like a long-time friend, even when she had bad days and nights. We communicated nearly daily, and they earned my trust. Jen even worked shifts a few times when caregivers had last-minute personal emergencies. She carefully matched caregivers to Mom's personality and changing needs. They worked in three eight-hour shifts 24/7. Jen always followed up with me after my monthly visits and if there was a pressing concern between. Mom's visitors were impressed by the caregivers. They commented that Mom was always neat, well-dressed and happy, and that her home environment was clean and calm. I rested easier knowing Mom was safe, well cared for, and never alone in the home she loved. Right at Home Wilmington was a godsend.

We meet Emily, who happens to be one of the most amazing nurses I have come in contact with. All of the Therapist that came out, Physical, Occupational, and Speech, were also wonderful. When my mother needed Home assistance again, I requested AssistedCare. The care they provided the 2nd time around was just as amazing as the 1st time. Thanks to the loving care this company and their employees provided my mother, I have decided to pursue a career in the Home Health field. Emily encouraged me to consider this career change during the time she was caring for my mother. I will begin working at AssistedCare soon. It is my goal to give the same level of care that my mother received during her illness.
