Her deep expertise in elder planning was immediately clear, but what truly stood out was her genuine passion for educating and supporting others. We became clients right away, and that same expertise, dedication, and client-first approach remained consistent throughout the entire process. We wholeheartedly recommend Helayne and her team to anyone who wants their elder planning needs to be thoughtfully and expertly handled--not just for themselves, but for the well-being of their loved ones as well!

Helayne Levy Payne was highly recommended by others in our community. Helayne and her team were efficient, supportive, and compassionate in helping us through the process that resulted in a comprehensive plan for the future. Helayne's approach was both instructive and thorough. Her unique talent to listen and create made us confident that our final documents incorporated our family values and needs. The final meeting with our children and potential supportive individuals, was a bonus. End-of-life discussions are challenging but this meeting, and our final products have provided peace of mind that we will meet our needs and the needs of our family in the future.

Trish is EVERYTHING in meeting my needs. On a personal level, she helps me shower, prepares my meals and even makes cookies for my Thursday Scrabble group. She washes and neatly folds my laundry and puts it away where it is easily accessible for me to get to it. She went beyond the ordinary recently after I had eye surgery when my eyesight suddenly went very, very bad after the stitches were removed from my eyelid. She called many doctors and other personnel until one finally told her I needed a specific eye drop. She put me in her car and drove me straight to the pharmacy to immediately get them with other needed items. I really needed her that day and she came through with flying colors! On another personal note, Trish likes to "talk story" She is a great conversationalist and I enjoy our talks. I appreciate her very much for the smart, funny, competent lady she is! Not only does she care about her clients, she care about and is very supportive of the ones chosen to represent her agency. The office staff is professional, effective and efficient. I am appalled that to try to exact revenge on me was at the forefront of their mind acting as if they were hurting me by pulling my supplies that is petty inhumane and unprofessional I am sorry I ever used this agency for thar alone not to mention the mental distress of running from someone who was here in my home to give care with a chronic cough and refusing to do due diligence to ease my mind I am glad they showed my case manager their true colors at least in my case germs are germs not to mention the weekday aid went in and out of my refrigerator like she bought groceries and ate 70 eggs in 2weeks alone
