Our service model is individualized and allows the senior adult the highest level of independence and autonomy while maintaining safety and dignity. Our patients usually have one or more chronic conditions which often include dementia. Our care coordination services allow seniors to remain independent for as long as possible in their own homes and if desired in independent or assisted living. We work closely with adult children and help them to have less stress in caring for their parents/family members. Our advocacy services foster coordination of care with caregivers, primary care and specialty physicians, home care services, rehabilitation center therapists, and social workers. We also provide guidance related to end-of-life care decisions including hospice care. From my first phone call to them, I was moved to tears by their empathy. On the day of, Dr. Abra Osorio texted me to let me know she was 30 minutes out. She came into our home and immediately got on the floor to greet Biscuit and our other dog. She made them both feel comfortable and at ease. Biscuit was able to lay on our laps while she administered the medication. She was patient with us and explained every step. She also had words of encouragement that were so, so needed for me to hear. Dr. Abra was a blessing to our family and we are endlessly grateful to her and Laps of Love.

Friday evening at 7PM isn't a great time to go looking for help, but Stacey jumped in and by 9PM we had the support we needed to get us to the next morning's flight back home. After getting in touch with your Care Coordinator, she was immediately impressed with his demeanor, professionalism, and empathy. In the days since, your team has arranged for a nightly sitter who has exceeded all expectations. My mother asked me to convey her appreciation and overwhelming impression of the range of services, the quality of care, and the overall positive experience, thus far. When her father was on the decline a few years ago, she had some experiences with other "caregivers" that were less than impressive -- some were down right pathetic.
