I was on foot so I…read moretried to leave two bags with the cashier who told me I had to go back outside and around the building. I understand the drive thru donation area but I was on foot. She was rude and obnoxious and the manager said the cashier isn't allowed to make an exception so since it's such a problem I won't be back. If the bags weren't so heavy I wouldn't have left them in the end but I didn't want to carry them anymore. I guess they don't understand the concept that my giving them something provides them with employment.

But lately, I don't know who's…read morepricing items, but their costs have gone WAY up ($100 for a small, used, unlit Christmas tree?) and many collectible items are as expensive or more expensive than they are on EBay. Identical items with sometimes have a $25 price difference (the Kincade villages, some china etc). I don't think it's worth going to that part of Morse road unless they fix the price problem.

I was very humiliated. He acts like he's doing customers a huge favor, but actually I'd be happier to have self check out rather than people like him! This is the third time I've had him and he's always nasty and rude. For that reason I hate going to your store! The leadership was great at communicating throughout the recruitment process. At the event, all staff members who worked with the volunteers loved doing so and the volunteers had great feed back too. I've also had the pleasure of volunteering myself. I love that the group offers a variety of organizations to become involved with. The flexibility has provided me a volunteer experience that works with my schedule. The other volunteers have always been wonderful and I know I'll continue to volunteer and recommend to friends. I have made legitimate friendships and had meaningful volunteering experiences. Sometimes, you just need to do something for someone else and CGB is an easy way to connect to volunteering events in the Columbus area. My favorite events locations include Meals on Wheels with LifeCare Alliance and the YWCA Family Center. Not only has CGB helped me help out the community, but I've had a chance to try some amazing restaurants with the volunteers after the events. I would highly recommend volunteering with this group if you're looking to meet people and do something good in the Columbus area.
