We highly recommend Genius Kids! Our preschooler (age 3.5) has been at Genius Kids since he was 6 months old. He enjoys going to school and enthusiastically shares what he's learning! The GK team balances learning and play, with an ever-changing set of hands-on activities, including art/crafts, gardening, physical activities, and indoor/outdoor play. Each week has a "theme" for the kids to learn about (e.g., birds, dinosaurs, transportation, Earth Day, jungle animals, etc). Genius Kids has an emphasis on public speaking, and our child has grown more confident by sharing a poem from memory each week with his classmates. There was a change of ownership at the beginning of 2026, and the change has broadly been for the better. The center's leadership is very engaged with students and parents. We've seen big advances in our child's reading with the new team. They have recently added optional meals and sports with an outside coach, as well. Our family has had an amazing experience with this preschool. Our older child attended from ages 3 to 5, and our younger child from 14 months to 3 1/2 years. Throughout those years, we watched both of them grow in confidence, independence, and kindness. The administration is incredibly supportive and caring, and that shows in every aspect of the school. The teachers create a nurturing environment while encouraging each child to develop their own unique personality. Ms. Kelly is an exceptional leader, and Rennu does a wonderful job planning engaging learning experiences--from gardening projects to public speaking activities--that make learning both fun and meaningful. My son has been attending this school for about six months. Fair warning: the center is in an older building and hasn't been significantly upgraded. However, what truly stands out is the quality of the teachers. The owner and director are also good. Ms. Kinjal is an extremely affectionate and caring teacher. My son became comfortable with her within just 3-4 days. Every child needs time to adjust to a new environment, and a teacher plays a very important role in that transition. Ms. Kinjal made that process smooth and reassuring. Ms. Chitra is also an amazing teacher. She has taught my son so many things, and his learning has grown manyfold. She is very loving with the children and goes beyond academics by focusing on character building and instilling good values. She is someone you can trust. I also like, that the she follows rules such as reporting any incidents, even if they are small. She is great at planning activities for kids that have practical usage. Both teachers have been instrumental in fostering a positive growth mindset and supporting my child's overall development. I truly appreciate their dedication and care. read more

I've had my son here since Fall of 2022 when he started at just six months old. Over the years, I've become fond of the team and adapted to many of the changes over the years. A transition to new management was a challenge at first but I did come to appreciate some of the new activities, personnel, methods, learnings, and variety....as well as continuity of some of the prior staff...even if I did miss some of the old staff too. At four months of age I started my second son, and I trust that he too can have some of the same experiences and go through a similar journey of care, development, and growth. The owner, Jigna Modi, was professionally unresponsive (oxymoron, I know) to my inquiries. Ended up sending my toddler to Learn and Play Montessori Silvergate and couldn't be more delighted to see how amazing and dedicated staff members are to fostering my toddler's growth. read more

The only focus is educating on a repetitive level not even applied understanding. No social or emotional teachings or activities. Children seem to be made to sit and listen instead of letting them socialize and play. Public speaking has no place in the toddler setting in my opinion and I have a degree in early childhood education. The indoor toys were worn and damaged and the outdoor area was nice but small. If you care about the foundational forming of the person you're raising and letting kids be kids I would not recommend. If you're okay with your child being only a good student, go for it! My boys (kindergartener & 3rd grader) attended here from August 2020-June 21. We were so lucky to find a place that would take our boys in the middle of a pandemic so we could work at home! They supported the distance learning program. Miss Kelly was amazing! When one of my boys returned to inperson, Genius kids transported him from school to daycare, for a fee. I liked how they worked on public speaking & my boys got to learn about other cultures. They followed the county health rules for Covid re: social distancing & masks, which always made us feel safe dropping them off. read more

My son attended this preschool till he was 5 yrs old and had to move to Public school. Miss Jigna is awesome and caring as mom. We were lucky to have Miss Vijaya as our son class teacher. She is the best human being we have come across. Couldn't thank her enough, she treats all kids in her class as her family members. As a parent we are anxious some times, but she made sure to keep us informed comfort us. My son was so happy and excited to be with her. Even on weekends he would ask us to take him to his school. As a first time parent when you decide to send your kid to a pre-school, you feel as if you are giving away a piece of your heart. 5 stars and many more stars for Genius Kids - Dublin. The teachers and caretakers are kind, supportive, and above all, loving. That is what parents worry about the most, are the caretakers going to be loving and sweet to my precious baby? And from the moment I dropped off my baby when she was just 6 months old, I've never had a worry about how she is being cared for and treated. I know that the teachers provide attention, structure, care, affection, and play, to all of the kids. My husband and I did not have family in the area to help with the baby but Genius Kids was truly our village. They helped me raise my daughter into the thoughtful little person she is today. She comes home learning new words, songs, and dances. She does all sorts of art projects that I would not be able to do with her at home and they have a nice outdoor area too. And best of all, they get her to eat the food that I pack her. My toddler truly looks forward to going to school each and every day. She comes home happy and is ready for more love and play. We took our daughter to genius kids for a month between the time my husband and I started our jobs after maternity/paternity leave and my mom taking care of her. Even though the period was brief we had an excellent experience. All the teachers were very caring and I felt like our daughter was in great hands while I transitioned to working full time. Our daughter was 4 months and she had trouble taking the bottle. The teachers at genius kids had so much patience giving her the bottle and made sure she ate every day. Our daughter had a smile on her face every time I dropped her off at daycare and she loved all her teaches, especially Ms Kelly. I would definitely recommend genius kids! read more

If you LOVE your kid, please don't send them to Genius Kids. The teachers are not engaging with the kids, the owner is never at the facility to observe any issue. the teachers are just sitting back and babysitting without any engagement. They're just focusing on taking a picture of your kid and trying to make them smile while taking photo. I saw all this happening with my eyes!!! I stayed there for days and hours and watched them from outside/window. Because my baby was not happy, i knew something was wrong. One day, i saw my baby cried literally 30 mins without any engagement. She was crying and the teachers didn't even bother themselves to distract her. One teacher was trying to take a photo of other kid, other teacher was just sitting back and doing nothing. That day i decided to leave this daycare. And i enrolled my baby to another daycare. My baby never cried at the newdaycare. She is going to new daycare happily everyday. So, i assured again the problem was with the Genius Kids and teachers! read more

This is based on a tour. After touring the facility I'd be quite unlikely to leave my dog there. When we pulled up, we could hear one of the teachers yelling at the kids. When we walked in we were greeted with that lovely daycare smell which happens when things are not thoroughly cleaned. The building seemed to be quite old. The outside area was not well kept at all. The toys were old and dirty. The workers were enjoying Starbucks and scrolling through their phones rather than engaging with the kids. They seemed to be on a break even though the kids were playing outside. One boy had a busted lip, seemingly from being chapped but it was bleeding and unattended nonetheless. Classrooms seemed fine enough but after viewing other facilities in the area this place was really at the bottom of the barrel. read more

My daughter loves this preschool, I love them too. Staff is very friendly and warm and take good care of the children. My daughter learning well and preschool always seems to have activities for the kids. Jigna like to take pictures and share with the parents. The facility is clean and trustworthy. This is based upon my visit - and not upon actually enrolling my child. This may be a good preschool for some - but for children that are more free spirited - I dont think they would prosper here. It seems when I was discussing the schedule, rules of the daycare- everything was molded to : its mandatory" . Kids must lay down for 2 hours. What if they are not sleepy, I asked. Reply" its a state regulation". So the state is going to dictate mandatory sleeping habits for my toddler. I understand there have to be rules - but to mandate something for a toddler prob is not what I am looking for . The more I have come across my visits and research regarding daycares , the more I realize that picking the right preschool for your child really effects their upbringing and happiness - which for me is equally important . While I was taking a tour 2 teachers in year 4 kids where conversing about their private life- both in front of me and the kids( yes I do hone in one these things ) - , one had one arm of the child in her hand and was insisting he "sit down ". She sounded very cross stating "I told you to sit down" and the child was still dangling in her hand at 45 degrees. I watched quietly- these teachers made no acknowledgement of my presence- not a "hi, or a smile" .They seemed overworked, unhappy and the one yanking the childs arm- quite disgruntled- as they chatted away their day with each other. Not very friendly - When I moved on in the tour she was still yelling at the child. And I was told I would be provided a tour by XXX via email one day prior . When someone else started to speak to me as I entered, I was slightly confused - I asked her what her role was - Jinga initally failed to tell me she owned the franchise and was in charge- which would have been a great introduction . I took the wrong name of the prior XXX listed on my email- at which point Jinga, the owner snapped : that is probably someone else in another daycare that you are planning on visiting today.I smiled - I stated : TODAY I have no other visits . That itself defines an insensitive and abrasive approach to any parent or a "customer" because that is what we are. If I can shop around for a car, of course I would look around to find a facility best suited for my little one. And to display irritation and judgement - or in her case" I know what you are doing , ok" is not professional . Maybe I am too focused on building relations in every aspect- and judgmental about how people treat each other - but in my practice I often judge people not by how they react to their superiors but how they treat others who are in the room- the waitress, maintenance, a visitor- and that helps me define how they would treat someone who has no voice. That being said I did not like the attitude of these teachers- It upset me. I passed by twice and was surprised that both times the same teacher sounded disgruntled. I , personally , dont like -the kids have to do this - its state regulated.And if any institution /owner sounds disgruntled by my list of facilites that I visit then they lack the confidence to stand out amongst the rest. I did like the play area- it is larger then most - but the lack of playground equipment for the 2-3 year olds leaves a lot to be desired. . I have more stuff than that in my backyard for my child. Overall I dont think I would pick this particular one. It did not leave an impression" your child will be in loving hands "on me. I am currently a Genius Kids parent and I only have good things to say about this facility. My son is 17 months and we started around 10 months. I remember how nervous I was initially but, my fears soon disappeared. The teachers - both in the infant class, as well as, the toddler class are phenomenal. Ms. B, Ms. Laurie, Ms. Susan, these are some of the fantastic teachers who truly took care of my son and made sure he was eating well, sleeping well and made the transition (from home to a day care) tolerable for him. Within 2-3 weeks, he completely stopped crying at drop-offs! One of the other things is that they have a regimented routine where even for 12-24 month class, there is circle time, projects, little activities. All this makes a huge difference to the kids' cognitive ability. My son is already learned a few words (appu for apple! nana for banana!) :) I can see that some of these trickle down from Jigna's personal experience as a techie/mom turned entrepreneur. She is well-educated, cultured and experienced with kids. She takes the time to interact with parents, explain things in detail and has a generally calm temperament. You can see the genuine passion she has for child development and it is discernible. In addition, they have a lot of outside time and this particular facility, by far, has the most spacious play areas outside. This was important for us. The only thing to keep in mind is, this is a very popular child care facility so, if you want to enroll your kid(s), make sure you apply soon. The spots go fast! read more

Both my children have been attending this school for over 1+ year. Ayden is now 5 and Mason is now 3. I am pleased with their learning experience and both their teachers are wonderful. The staff is flexible and very accomodating to all our request. I just wish they served snacks because kids like to eat new treats and it would give them the ability to try new things....Overall we are pleased and it makes it so much easier to drop them off when we have a peace of mind knowing their in good, caring hands. read more

When we started our daughter (then 2) in Genius Kids about a year ago, it seemed they were ramping up, but since that time I feel like they've really hit their stride. My daughter is in the early pre-school class now and has learned so much in this time, everything from her letters, numbers, confidence in speaking in front of a group, and learning to play well with her friends - of which she has made many during her time at Genius Kids. She also gets to do a lot of creative activities - art projects, free play with toys, puzzles, playing in the large play space outside, etc. And even better, she's really *excited* about all of this learning and play. I really do think Genius Kids does a good job of nurturing the kids and letting them shine. Not to mention, our daughter's teachers, Ms. Izumi, Ms. Mahe, and Ms. Mihi have been really great as well. They are attentive to our daughter, and give us pretty regular updates, feedback, and pictures. At four months we enrolled our son in the brand new infant room. This has ramped up tremendously as well, and it's in large part to the teachers in this room, particularly, Ms. Susan, Ms. Nicole, and Ms. Lucy. These three ladies are so loving and caring for our son. We couldn't be happier. We get thorough and regular updates on his "vitals" (feeding, diapers, sleep), but we also get daily notes and pictures. Genius Kids is always very clean. There's a lot of attention on this, which I love. Additionally, from a "logistics" standpoint, the Owner and Director, Ms. Jigna and Ms. Kelly, have been very accommodating and responsive. Plus Genius Kids' hours are unbeatable. 7:30am-6:30pm; As a mom who works in SF (and in a pinch) this is SO helpful. I absolutely love the fact that we can drop off both our kids in one place, and the Genius Kids staff is there when we need them. Above all, I'm so grateful for how much the teachers at Genius Kids care for and love on our children. They have really taken the time to get to know them and I'm confident that my kids are happy going to daycare/pre-school. read more

Both of my children started at Genius Kids since Ms. Jigna took over. I AM SO lucky to have found a place that nurtured my children's educational and social growth, as well as a place that they felt loved and safe. I LOVED the Public Speaking classes the kids were able to participate in. I don't know any other daycare that does this! My kids are so much more confident because of this. The only reason my children can no longer attend is because they started elementary school in Livermore. Otherwise, I would have kept them there as long as I could! My kids entered elementary school knowing how to spell and read because of Genius Kids. We are so grateful for them and my kids truly miss going there! read more

We had great experience with Genius kids Dublin and thanks to Jigna and her staff. Our child started in the infant class and attended till early preschool. I was very nervous being first time sending my baby to day care, but i have to say the care and individual attention they provide in the infant class was outstanding and we couldn't have asked for more. They really provide great care and individual attention to each child. I have always been excited to see updates and pics in the app while I am at work. All the teachers were awesome and share close bond with kids. They provide lots of learning activities in the early preschool and help the kids to learn to do things independently. We enrolled our kid when he was 15 months old....and he really enjoyed going to this daycare. I would say the staff here is very caring and patient. They spend a lot of time on arts, singing and dancing. This facility has a huge outdoor play areas separated for different age groups. My kid enjoys the outdoor time. Along with Ms Jigna the staff here makes the difference which is set apart from other daycare's around here. I would definitely recommend this daycare for Infants and Toddlers. read more

My 3 year old son loves this Genius Kids. The balance of play and structure was really good for him. He started to focus more on activities in class, compared to the previous preschool he attended. He comes home singing songs he's learned in class and has happy stories about playing with friends. He even got up and spoke in front of his class! He gets upset when it's time to go home. Great staff, clean facility and great developmental curriculum for infants and kids. I have a 3 year old and 21 month old enrolled here and the care they receive here is excellent. Staff is patient, professional, and work to teach each child great social, motor and cognitive skills. The kids have a lot of fun here and have made new friends, and really love their teachers. My daughter started when she was 8 months old baby with Genius kids on Dublin Blvd. I must say it is the best facility we could ever get! My daughter has been happy since the beginning and there was no concern or reason to complaint! Ms Jigna, Ms Kelly and all the other staff are extremely helpful and caring. Clean facility with loads of toys and large play area. I love the outdoor area of this facility. My daughter has always completed her food and diapers changed frequently with good naps and play time. I love the daily report that you get end of the day with each tiny detail noted. I also like the mobile app, that they use to post pictures and send messages/notes. One of the worst preschool a kid can go to. I heard genius kids are very good for kids education but not this one. It is very dirty and dingy. Teachers are rude and under educated. This genius kids advertises 10-12 kids per teacher but i really feel they are understaffed. I would never send my kid this this preshcool. If I could give no rating i will probably give that rating but Yelp does not allow no rating. Stay away. read more

First off I would like to say I absolutely love this school! The director Jigna and all of her staff are by the far the best I have experienced. I have a 3 yr old and 2 yr old, I pulled them out of 3 daycares in Pleasanton/Dublin because I didn't see any improvement with my kids behavior and the staff had no connection with the parents.. since day 1 Jigna has answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable with their over all curriculum, her communication with me has been excellent and also the teachers take the time to answer any questions I have about my kids and how they are doing. Since I have put my kids here at Genius kids, they haven't fussed or cried about going, they are so happy to go and when I pick them up; they don't want to leave :) For me this was such a relief because it was the complete opposite at the other daycares. Also, another perk about this school is that they send pictures to you in an app of your child while they are doing projects, etc.. something also really cute too is that they teach the kids public speaking by actually stepping on a little stage. It's very cute! My kids have only been there for about 2 months and I have seen a lot of improvement, not only that the teachers let me know what they need more practice on as well and how they are working with them.. It's an awesome school with an awesome staff!! And they recently just added sports and gymnastics sessions :) I can go on and on about this school but the best move I have made so far for my kids. read more

My son has been going here since he turned 16 months and he's turning 3 in a few days, and we're very happy with this center. The teachers are all experienced and creative, the artwork and music sessions have really enabled my son to grow up confident and eloquent. The director and owner are both cordial and I have been frequently impressed that they knew details about every child there. We're moving out else I would have let my son continue here. I have been meaning to write this for some time, and am finally getting around to it. I have a 4 1/2 y.o. and an almost 3 y.o. at Genius Kids and we have been there for ~ 2 years. We have been through the infant room-pre-k. I was concerned about my older daughters confidence when I started and I can't tell you how pleased I am with how she has progressed. I feel that this is coming in large part from her teacher Ms. Maylie who has a very playful nature, but the kids know when it is listening time! Both my daughters love school and love learning. There is an excellent balance at this school. The hours are great. The school is very clean. Ms. Jigna and Ms. Kelly are very easy to communicate with and take the time to listen to your concerns. My 2 y.o. was a biter in the beginning and I am so happy with the recommendations and the genuine care provided by Ms. Jigna and the team approach to change her behavior. All of the teachers are very warm and caring. You get regular updates and pictures of your kids. The teachers we have had are Ms. Maylie, Ms. Nicole (Ms. Coco according to my 2y.o), Ms. Emely, Ms. Lucy, Ms. Manju. We have also interacted with many others and all have been wonderful. I love genius kids and so does my son! My husband and I highly recommend this location to all our family and friends, the teachers are all so loving and caring and really go out of their way with each child to ensure that all their needs are well taken care of. Jigna the director is hands down the best, she answers your questions, concerns and even works out plans to better assist your child. Since attending my son has started talking more, interacts all the songs, he is very social and loves all his little friends very much. The facility is very clean and the playground is so much fun and inviting for all the kids of all age groups. The hours are awesome and I cant stress how warm and loving the teachers are I know that my baby is well taken care of and I can go to work worry free.
