Our daughter has been going to KinderCare Dublin since she was an infant and now she's graduating from PreK soon. It's hard to put into words how grateful we are for this center and the people here. The staff has always created a warm, caring, and safe environment for the kids. Mr. Scott does a wonderful job managing the center and truly cares about the kids. Everyone from the director, assistant director, teachers, assistants and even cook are genuinely amazing and caring people. From the way they interact with every child who walks into their daycare center to working with parents to help their children grow and individually work on things like potty training or changing habits such as thumb sucking. Had both my kids here, cumulative 4 years with this center. My kids were well loved, well cared for, and was able to go to work knowing they were in good hands. The teachers and Scott, the director, were always very welcoming and communicated on any concerns questions or areas to work on. Most teachers are veterans there and they know their stuff . Long story short, I had some weird remarks about my kids behavior in other daycares but when transferring to Kindercare the teachers knew how to redirect and guide my kids properly. After 5 years our oldest has graduated, and we have had nothing but amazing experiences at this center. It's a corporate center with a personal feel - every single teacher and staff member has made our kids feel loved, and they have truly been a part of our village. From infants with Miss Isobel to the preschool program with Miss Vivian, and TK with Miss Namita and Miss Deepthi, he has thrived there and is well equipped emotionally, social, and academically for Kindergarten. This place was fine, when my child was enrolled, but as soon as he was no longer enrolled and I came to pick up his belongings and copies of his paper they told me they had "Lost" his entire file, with all of his paperwork which included his medical forms, copies of social and birth certificate . I came up there in person and even called in advance and was always given excuses I thought they would be more careful with sensitive information but they aren't. read more

We have a long history at Dublin Kindercare. My niece attended in 2010 and my son in 2016. Now my daughter is enrolled and has been there for a couple of years now. (all of this year, but on and off in past years, since my mom was watching her mostly). She's in the Pre-K class. We have been very happy with the care our family members have received over the years. We are especially happy with the lead teacher, Ms. Namita in pre-K. She is one of the most caring, diligent, committed teachers I know. She spends so much time communicating with us about all the details involving our daughter. She truly cares. I also had the privilege of guest reading in the class throughout the year and I HIGHLY recommend you do this if you can. I loved getting to know the other students and watching my daughter interact in class - it was priceless. And honestly it was FUN - there is nothing like interacting with young kids - they are so curious and love learning. It was rewarding for me and the students. We have tried other day cares in the area - including San Ramon - and it just wasn't the same. Dublin Kindercare was a farther commute for us but well worth it!! I highly recommend it. The other teachers are wonderful too - Ms. Deepthi and Ms. Nahid care so much and talk to me regularly as well. It is truly a very friendly and welcoming environment. We are so sad that my daughter's last day is approaching, since she will be entering Kindergarten next year. We will miss this school so much . read more

Horrible place if your kids are active, don't send here They don't do any transition in your kids I enrolled my son here because it was more convenient for me but the management is very poor. my 1.5 years old son was not treated well here I was receiving calls every day to pick him up because they said my son pushed other kid, he snatched toys from other kid and they said he scratched other kid. My son got soo many scratch on his fingers on his tummy and on his legs and I ask the teacher how he got this injuries and she said he woke up with this so we don't know they were always saying that my son is super energetic so they have to keep eyes always on him and still they couldn't figure out that how my son got injuries, they did discrimination with my son also because one day there was a party and they gave goodie bags to all the kids but not to my son, I was informed by other parents that how they behaved with my son i informed to the center director and center director Mr. Scott was rude to me he really needs to change his attitude towards the parents. I never recommend this place because my son faced a lot in few weeks only, in front of me they were behaving very nicely with my son, I don't know how they were treating him behind me because he was always irritated there and at the pick up time his diaper was always dirty if I ask to the teacher she always use to say " Oh my god u pooped again I just change " this is the way how they are taking care of your kids. My little one started going to Dublin KinderCare Pre-K last year right after she turned 4years old. I had so much worries as it was her first time going to a school, Covid and she was such a picky eater. But all her teachers(Ms.Namita, Ms.Sierra, Mr.Scott, Ms.Deepti) in Dublin KinderCare made me feel so good, they welcomed my kid with such a warm heart, keeping safety as number one priority, and now she wants go to school even on weekends. He always looks forward to going to school and has thrived so much under Ms Angie's care and her team of teachers. I enrolled my 3 year old in the PreB class at this location of KinderCare a month back. I am very impressed by the highly trained and affectionate staff and a hygienic/welcoming facility. My child was able to adapt to the new environment fairly quickly. You can tell how good a daycare is by the way the staff treats the children. This staff cares about the kids that attend this school. My child attended Kindercare for over 2 years, and he absolutely loved it. When I would come to pick him up, he never wanted to leave! They have an app where the staff takes pictures of your kids throughout the day so you are always in the know on what activities they are doing. They even record videos, and you can save the videos or photos to your phone, it's awesome. He's overly prepared for Kindergarten, he can read, write, spell, and he can do basic math. It's a very diverse daycare as well which I love. The staff is engaged, they all seem to love what they do, and there are a few staff members that have been there for 10+ years. We love KinderCare, my son is currently in PreK and loves coming in each day. From the first walk through visit all the staff were helpful and kind. I wish we had joined earlier. All of the staff are amazing, you can see a genuine love for all the children but especially Ms Namita who is just incredible. This particular facility paints a nice picture of what they want you to believe they are offering, but the reality is the staff is significantly under trained. When our son started to have some behavioral issues we found out that the teachers were yelling at him as well as isolating him from the rest of the students. How is a three year old supposed to learn the expected behavior when you remove them without teaching? We witnessed this both by dropping in unexpectedly ( they treated him perfectly around our usual pick up time) as well as having another teacher inform us of what's going on. On numerous occasions I observed multiple teachers yell at my son for something another child claimed he did (e.g., he hit me, when nothing of that sort occurred). If your child has any difficulties with socialization stay far away from this place - it will end up doing more harm. Please also do yourself a favor and research the recent licensing citations this particular location has received - a child being locked in a closet is pretty severe. read more

I enrolled my 14 month old boy in Infant B classroom. The initial few weeks were very tough for my son.I could stay firm with my decision because of support from the entire staff .They were always available for my impromptu calls ,questions and concerns.In 3 weeks they discovered likes and dislikes of my son.Gestures like these shows the care and dedication of the team. By week 4 I could see my son smiling and playing with the teachers. This is a super clean and hygienic place.They provide updates and photo all day with the app.They make the kids engage with various activity,art and craft projects. We have been with the KinderCare Family since 2014. Having sent our kids to multiple locations, including one in TX and one in a different location in the East Bay, by far the Dublin KinderCare surpasses the other two. During the pandemic, the school-age class teachers kept the kids focused during zoom meetings, helped them to complete their homework and assignments, and provided great social activities. I am very glad that we started our younger kids with Dublin KinderCare shortly after they reopened post-lockdown. My daughter's first teacher was Ms Y-Nhi, and she adored her! We love how much Ms Y-Nhi cares about her students and teaches them social and logical skills. This year our daughter "graduates" from Ms Namita's Pre-K class. All the kids love and respect Ms Namita. You can see that she cares about each child when you see them interacting during drop-off and pick-up. I love how my daughter both loves and respects Ms Namita! We also had Ms Deepthi when Ms Namita had a family emergency. My daughter kept saying she missed Ms Namita the first few days, and then started talking about how she loves Ms Deepthi as well Kindergarten is starting in a few weeks, and thanks to Ms Namita, I feel pretty confident that my daughter is going to do well. She keeps saying she will miss her teachers, Ms Namita and Ms Deepthi, but we'll be dropping off and picking up our youngest for two more years:) Ms Y-Nhi is now teaching our youngest, and soon he'll be transitioning into Pre-K with Ms Namita as well. We cannot say enough good things about Dublin Kindercare. We have been sending our daughter there (who is now 3 years old) since she was 4 months old. We also send our son, who is now 13 months old. We have loved all of the experiences. Sierra runs an amazing center- has great communication to parents, has hired a wonderful staff, and goes above and beyond to make sure our children are in a safe, fun, and educational environment. We have not had a bad experience with a single teacher-- and we have had many teachers over the years. Right now, our children are with Miss Nandita (who our daughter loves, and we LOVE seeing the activities they do each day on the app) and our son is with Miss Taylor, who our family also loves (just today, for example, we saw our 13 month old painting the earth via the app!) Other teachers like Miss Isobel, Miss Saleshni, Miss, Ling, Miss Angie, Miss Swati, and Miss Carin have also been instrumental in our children's development at KinderCare. After coming back from Shelter in Place, and during these uncertain times with Covid, I know one thing for sure- the staff at Dublin KinderCare is doing an amazing job keeping my children safe, healthy, and giving them the structure, LOVE, and routine that helps them thrive. read more

if i could rate dublin kindercare with 100 stars, i would!!!!!!!! we've been in the kindercare family since 2012 ! i have 5 children (3 of which are babies currently enrolled) and all have been enrolled here full time from infant to tk. i think i love dublin kindercare more now than ever before, and i loved them in 2012! the director scott is so amazing with the children, so caring to the families and seems like a boss that would be fun to work for. he definitely makes us feel like family! the teachers work their behinds off and do such a loving and amazing job! they all need a raise!! anytime a friend of mine is looking for care i recommend dublin kindercare! every parent can understand how important it is for your child to be in a good daycare that you trust and i wouldn't want my babies anywhere else! i'm sorry to the parents that have had a bad experience here, but i will say that i try to keep in mind that nobody is perfect. things are going to happen. kids are going to get hurt. it comes with the territory. at the end of the day i know how safe my babies are here and it warms my heart to see how excited they are every morning to go!!!!!!! read more

I enrolled my 8 month old son at this location 4 months ago. Very impressed with the management and especially the teachers from his class (Infant A). As a first time mother, it was tough leaving my son on the first day but the teachers were very accommodating to my son's needs as far as his feeding and sleep schedule to helping him cope with teething and reading activities. Also, I appreciate that they provide a daily log of my son's sleep, diaper change, and eating schedule along with feedback on how the day went (happy to hear that he loves reading time and eating spinach and potatoes :)) Would love if they offer a mobile app that replicates the daily logs and includes photos of the day :) Less clutter on building up a pile of paperwork at home, just a thought :) Keep up the great work! read more

Everyone is so caring and very helpful. They make you feel and treat everyone as if they are their family and as if the children including my own are their own. They are right on top of everything for example if your child gets sick or if something might have happened (possibly a fall) and they get hurt they inform the parents right away. Educational wise, my child learned so much. They really teach you as opposed to just babysitting. Hands down this is the most trusted and great experience my child and I had. My 4 year old is not as outgoing and he struggled to feel welcomed and situated. The class sizes are huge - they have one main teacher and a teachers aid, so the class can be as large as 24 kids. It's very big, intimidating, and impersonal. With an introverted kid, it was torture for both him and I to drop him off there every morning. I think the teachers can do a lot more by first knowing his name (the "floater" part-time teachers did not know my son's name) and making him feel welcomed in the morning and to bring him to the table and make him feel in the know with what's going on and maybe even help spark a conversation with friends. If intimate and caring is what you're looking for with more individual attention (such as teacher noticing incorrect pencil holding and correcting it), then this would not be the right place for you. read more

We started sending our son to Kindercare when he was 4 months old, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The teachers, especially Ms Isobel, Ms Shakera and Ms Saleshni are amazing. My son wears a helmet for his plagiocephaly and some days he gets all sweaty because of the heat. Ms Isobel would dab his head with a wet towel to help him cool down. Gestures like this really show that they care for the kids and assure us that our son is in good hands. Also, as first time parents, there are lots that we have to learn and the teachers are generous with sharing their tips - which we totally appreciate. I strongly recommend this place! read more

One of the worst facilities. The management, teachers all follow inconsistent practices, they did nothing to help our child transition. In addition, the daily sheet was never accurate, I got three different stories on how they take temperature for a child. The teachers seem impatient and unfriendly, everyday I saw new teachers so my child never got comfortable. In the end when I brought up issues to the management, the director gave me cookie cutter answers and made it seem like my child had adjustment issues. This is an amazing facility. I have been to many daycare facilities due to work and traveling, but this one by far has exceeded any expectations. I work in health care, patient care, and health inspections field so I tend to be picky down to the point of facility maintenance and teacher certfications. My 3 yr old and my 2 yr old daughters love coming here everyday. My 3 yr old even asks to go on weekends, which is a testament to how well the teachers take care of our kids. My 3 yr old has been going to Kindercare since 14 months old and my 2 yr old since she was 14 weeks old. All classes that they have been through (infant 1, infant 2, toddler, PreA, PreB, PreC) have been a great experience. In the infant and toddler classes, the ratio is 1 teacher: 4 kids. The number of kids/teacher gets higher as they go through the higher classes, and especially when they're potty trained (Pre C). The director Lori Carillo runs the center very well and makes sure that all the teachers are welcoming (they all greet you when you walk in and say goodbye) and makes sure all the kids are happy (my kids love running to Miss Lori's office to get stickers and hugs when they leave). Miss Lori also makes sure that the teachers fill out a sheet describing what your child did that day to help increase communication between parents and teachers. Kindercare's focus is also on learning and interactions with other kids. My kids come home showing us how they practiced writing, drawing, cutting, and other art projects, and they also have additional classes like soccer, tumbling class, cooking class, reading classes if you wish. My 3 yr old will come home every week with something she made in cooking class. Both of my daughters also come home with stories of how they learned to share, if they had little arguments with their friends and how they worked it out. They are also taught table manners (no elbows on the table, no sharing food, chew with your mouth closed, cough into your elbow) and they come home correcting our manners at the table. Kindercare teachers were more than happy to help us potty train at school and within about 1-2 weeks our older daughter was potty trained, mostly with Kindercare's help. Every few months they also have a party for the parents and kids (either Winter, Fall, Summer festivals) and you can meet parents of other kids in the classes and see your child play with their friends. This is also a very safe environment - if your child falls or hurts him/herself, they will fill out paperwork to make sure the director and the parents are aware of the situation, and call you if indicated. They make sure that no one brings in outside food, and make sure that it's a nut-free center, the outside play area is fenced off according to classroom and the back is only accessed via keypad lock. You can only pick up your child if your ID is on file with the center. (So even relatives can't pick up unless their ID is on file and the parents have approved.) Meals are provided (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack) which is great for a working parent who can't get food together in time for daycare. Overall it has been a great experience for our kids and a really good decision, allowing us to work and have our kids learn from other people and learn from a variety of teachers. You also don't have to worry about the teachers being sick and having them cancel "class", as they'll have people fill in for others if there is illness, so they're very reliable if you have to go to work. read more

Do not understand bad reviews on that place at all. Only can say good words about my experience here. Caring, responsive, willing to adjust to your child needs, clean, spacious place. My kids do not want to leave place in the evening (I have 5 and 3 yo there full time). 3 yo even prepares clothes for tomorrow school as she calls it; teacher always give complete feedback how the child spent the day. I've enrolled my 4 year old daughter one year ago. My daughter attends the school full-time (5 days from 8am-6:15pm). All teachers have been wonderful. My daughter loves all of her teachers and never once she hesitated to go to school. She asks to go to school on the weekend as well. I loved their extra curricular activities like cooking, dancing, phonics, math, and soccer. I've tried three of them and my daughter absolutely enjoyed all of them. I also have hard time trying to leave the school when i go pick my daughter up because she wants to keep on playing. I appreciate the all the love, hugs, patience, kindness from the teachers there. Just seeing the kids and my daughter's reaction toward the teachers and school, they have my total trust to take care of my daughter. Keep up the great work!! read more
