Their location was a bit of a drive but well worth it for the selection in their showroom and many models in stock in their warehouse. Lisa was very friendly and knowledgeable on the many options and what we were looking for. The service plan we added with the price match and delivery gives us 5 yrs of coverage for less than the total we would have paid in a big box store near our house. It will be delivered with water hook up in 3 days and very easy to schedule. They also haul away the old fridge. I highly recommend Sorensen Appliance in Geneva, MN! My sister sent us over and I'm thankful she did.

I have 3 renters and never once has anyone complained about the temperature in the wash room. I do hang a blanket to keep from heating the whole room but it's certainly not freezing in there. Then he says he can't come back until Thursday. This is a joke and I have renters that are counting on me SO if you're looking for someone reliable don't go with these people!

I replaced the door gasket, but the problem persisted. I contacted On-The-Spot for a second opinion and the tech said the problem was almost certainly the lower washer spray arm. These folks are completely knowledgeable, reliable, skillful and honest. I've bought a refrigerator and had another fridge repaired by them. I've also purchased a washer and a dryer from them and even their delivery guys really know their stuff. They're consistently courteous, respectful and they are pros in every way. As to pricing (and I know, because I compared such before choosing), and the quality of the products they offer, they've got all that down, as well. I initially went with McCloskey because my 88-year-old, widowed mother - who lives, alone, in Mason City - has used them, and ONLY them, for many years; she highly recommended them, and she's as pleased as ever with their service, prices, products and employees. I am, as well. IMO, one cannot go wrong by choosing McCloskey Appliance.
