Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, especially Shelina in the front office! She is always so kind, helpful, and makes the whole experience easy. The technicians are just as amazing. They really know their stuff, take pride in their work, and have always done an excellent job taking care of my car. What I appreciate most is knowing that when I bring my car in, it's in good hands. They are honest, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. You never feel like just another number walking through the door. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend EMC to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy repair shop. Great people, great service, and quality work every single time! I took my 2012 Jaguar to a Meineke where the manager has done great work on my other cars. I had a…read morelow coolant level warning light, but there was no coolant in the ground. He ran a coolant test and determined that the leak was coming from under the manifold. Jaguar is known to leaks like this. He said that his shop didn't do this work. Because the leak was minor, he suggested I take it to a reputable shop that specializes in these cars, or the dealer. I took the car to EMC where I had acceptable work done previously. I expected a sizable bill for that job. I didn't need to know if there was a leak, or where it might be. I already knew. I drove the car several miles to EMC. When I went to EMC later I was quoted an exorbitant amount for work that included a new water pump and several hoses. But that's not the worse part. I was strongly cautioned not to drive anymore by EMC, and after AAA towed it home I understood why. Hoses near the radiator were were busted and coolant poured out like a busted hydrant. The only explanation for this is that EMC caused more damage by over-pressurizing the system. The two water pipes under the manifold have been replaced. The most difficult to reach, the crossover pipe, was replaced with an aluminum upgrade. I shouldn't have any leaks, but the coolant just pours out. EMC must think I'm stupid, but I am a trained mechanic from way back. I pulled manifold and did that work myself. EMC needs to step up and fix the mess they caused. I filed a case with the DMV against them, and the next step is Small Claims if they are still unwilling to accept responsibility. This type.of conduct is what gives auto shops a bad name!

Everyone else I called had been rude, unhelpful, hanging up on me, and barely understandable. With a leap of faith, Eddie drove over 25 minutes to pick up a car, sight unseen. Trusting my word, he picked up this car and got it off our hands. It was heroic but when I visited the salvage yard a few weeks later I understood. Among 100's of cars, Eddie and Will know every single one, what happened to it, what it can do and what it needs. Thousands of engines, parts, are all over the place and those are all carefully accounted for and catalogued. These guys know their business and they are passionate about it. This was one of the most impressive places I've seen in Vegas, forget the strip!

I'm all ready to accessorize my truck, 2025 Ford Maverick XLT…read more When I purchased the truck, it didn't have the spray on bedliner like some of the trucks at the dealer. The sales team referred me to the service department. The service department referred me to another. After looking online, including Amazon, I went with my purchase on the Weather Tech website. No judgement to those that want to use the rubber mat bedliner, but I wasn't feeling it and made the return to them. I decided to go local and after reading the reviews of various places locally that could do the spray on bedliner, I decided to go with Line X. I contacted Line X to ask some questions about the spray on bedliner and Christina was very helpful and friendly over the phone. She drives the same truck and was telling me about some of the things she had done to it. I have to admit, I was excited even more to get the spray on bedliner after talking to her. I got an appointment scheduled for the next day. Line X is on Highland Drive in Las Vegas. There's lots of warehouses and car shops. They are building 1 D. The GPS might try to take you another way like it did me, but I knew better because I am familiar with the area. They also have a Henderson location. I saw the painter doing someone else's bedliner when I arrived but I didn't see the door for the office. He was able to help. I just didn't walk down far enough. It takes 3-4 hours to get done. I actually opted to wait while it was being done and I was fine with that. I brought my tablet and had downloaded to some movies to watch while I wait, so I was good to go. I ate before I came, so I wasn't hungry and wasn't worried about eating or snacking. I have provided a before and after photo for you to view. If you're in the Las Vegas area and want a spray on bedliner. Call Christina and get a quote and get scheduled. You won't be disappointed.
