I firmly believe the reason Grantley is still with us is because of the complete and cutting-edge care Dr. Marr and her staff (as well as the previous vet), provided over the years. They are professional, caring, pleasant and thorough. Grantley actually enjoys going to their office. Whenever he has a health issue, they provide immediate assistance and follow up. One vet,no techs. Empty,Strange. Vet was not friendly at all. First time in I saw her in the back…read more I smiled a hello and she immediately closed the door. Woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Next visit vet was still unpleasant i had stopped in to check on a prescription, front desk woman was out, vet was alone, came out quickly rushing and rude to tell me she'd get to it when she could. Then got a letter that they will no longer see my dog. I've never encountered a vet like her. I've never had a vet refuse us service with no explanation. Go to avon or york they both have real practices
