Anyone who goes to Community Mental Health in Flint, Michigan, stay away from a black woman named Marsha Marble. She's a b-i-t-c-h, mean, nasty, unhelpful, insincere, uncompassionate, nor is she empathetic and helpful at all. She's another angry bitter black woman who looks like a big black wolverine. I don't know why she's even in the business she's in with such a cold heart. She's not welcoming at all. This is coming from a black woman. Its ashame when your own people treat you bad and don't want to help you. A lot of people complain about her, but I want mental patients to know they have rights and you have the power of the Internet to voice your reviews of people like her. If your ever put with her to be screened.....run and ask for someone else, you have that right, because she's such a black b-i-t-c-h! She's gotten away with mistreating people for years, because most Mental health patients don't know their rights, but I'm no fool, I know my rights, and I suppose to be treated with dignity and respect. You can't disrespect me and get away with it just because your in a higher position, you think you can disrespect people. Your job is to help people and if you believe in God, you will answer on Judgement Day! A white lady at CMH was more helpful to me then Marsha Marble. I guess whites know how to do their job better. CMH is nice and there's people that do their job right to try to help, but just stay away from Marsha Marble.....you'll leave more upset then you came, and that's not helpful to mental patients. Also, if you look better then her and try to dress yourself up nice, she will get jealous, because she's so average looking and overweight, she doesn't want you looking better then her. Because I have some mental problems, some expect me and others to look poor, raggedy, nasty, unkempt, and ugly. We can care about our appearance and have problems. There's many people that look good but are messed up. We don't have to look bad like Marsha Marble to show we got problems!!! Don't hate on someone looking good, you can look nice if you want to, you chose not to lose weight and put on some makeup and act like a lady, so don't hate if someone chooses to look nice. A lot of these social workers get jealous and mad if people come in looking nice or having a nice car, because they feel you shouldn't be seeking help if you look so nice or they feel I'm not going to help you if you look better then me. These are people that suppose to want to help and encourage people, not hate, but they do. They want you to come in looking poor and raggedy, I guess it makes them feel superior or better about themselves.I know how these people are I've been seeing them for years and most of all of them are the same. i highly recommend everyone stay away from this agency. i thought this agency was a god send for many years. it is a good place to seek help...as long as you don't dare try to complain about any employee. it is not widely known that mental health therapits have the power to have people picked up off the street and in their homes and taken to a hospital for however long they wnt to keep you locked up. i made the mistake of daring to file a complaint against my case manager when he was caught discussing my case with a member of his family. that is against the law. he and fiance then sent me a message that threatened me. i dared, again to file a complaint and i was told no action was being taken in spite of the fact their employee had threatened me and i gave them copies of the threatening message. when i dared to go public with my complaints and let the public know what is happening in this agency they exercised their power by calling the police and claiming i am a violent person and a danger to society. i have never been in trouble with the law. i have never demonstrated any type of violence, but the police are obligated to investigate their allegations. it was ok for them to make these allegations against me and try to send me to jail, and yet it was not ok for me to try and get help when their own employee anthony s. a case manager threatened me. i was also informed it is considered stalking if a patient asks for help too often. a patient is damned if you do, and damned if you don't. please be advised if you seek treatment from genesee health system...formerly genesee county community mental health....you must never make a complaint against anyone in the agency. you must also be careful not to ask for help too often because you will be considered a stalker. this agency is bad news and is a wolf in sheeps clothing. read more

i once thought genesee county community mental health was an excellent place to receive help. i found out, two days ago, my therapist anthony skodinski has been discussing me and my case with his fiance. his fiance has no right to even know who is patients are, or what they are being treated for. i refuse to ever step foot in that building again. i am so hurt and humiliated notbeing able to trust that my right to privacy is being upheld. anna janelle williams read more
