Terry claims to be all about "Honesty" and "Transparency" but maybe took it a bit far during our appointment. He ended up calling me with bad news every time we had a follow up and just made my symptoms worsen. I wouldn't trust him to check my temperature with a thermometer. Unsure about the quality of the other psychiatrists/therapists. Their medication system is done through the phone and it is beyond annoying and not efficient AT ALL. For ADHD medication you have to call to get it refilled monthly (which is more about the laws around ADHD meds), but because their phone system is so ridiculous, it takes about 5 calls with them between two days to actually get it sent to the pharmacy. Every single time it interrupts my work day. Furthermore, I asked them to send my medication to one pharmacy and they sent it to a different one all across town... this happened twice. If you need medication, go somewhere else.

They have their favorite patients and are mean and cold to patients who don't kiss their behind. Becky is the worse "B" there. She's vile as she looks; rude, condescending, has a bad attitude. She's a true "Becky." She acts like it's a bother if you ask her anything. It's your job! She'll bully you that you can't see the doctor, if you don't schedule things when she says. I know the law, before you dismiss anyone, you have to give last prescriptions. These people just there for a job and money. They don't care about mental health patients that are suffering, they have no empathy. I will be reporting this place and everyone in there. They think they can't be reported because it's a private place, but there are people that investigates even private, independently owned places. They keep the door locked now, you have to call to get in, I see why, they've been threaten. Maybe they'll lose some weight going back and forth. They can keep the door locked, but they got to come out and go home alone, watch how you treat people!

I never did. The appointment time came and went. I received a phone call on my cell phone two times, 25 minutes after my appointment time from a very rude lady. She first questioned me why I didn't answer the first time she called and why my voicemail was full. "What's up with that?" she stated. Really? When I asked if she was Cindy, she VERY curtly said, "no. Cindy had a personal family issue. What can I help you with?" First of all, I have NO IDEA who this lady was and Secondly, I had already given this information over the phone when I made the appointment. It made me VERY uneasy so I said, I will call the office to reschedule or find somewhere else to go. The rude lady said, "FINE". She didn't even know my daughters name or who she was attempting to "help". When I tried to explain, she became even more indignant and attempted to talk down to me. This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I have ever had!!!! My daughter was even more upset because she was at the point where she REALLY needed to talk to someone. She still does. Now, she has to wait until we can get another appointment somewhere. This place calls themselves a "Behavioral Health Group" What a joke! All they did was make my child feel worse!
