Fortunately the other bedroom unit was powerful enough to maintain the temperature in the apartment until I could have it serviced with the assist of 2 ceiling fans and one large portable fan. Called Grateful Air and received a call within 24 hrs from Tim. He was apologetic that he was unable to service it that Sunday but offered an 8:30 am appointment on Monday. As I was able to maintain the temperature in the apartment I was very appreciative of the early next day appointment and accepted the appointment. I'm glad I did. Sam, Grateful's technician, came within 15 min of the appointment time and was very professional and diligent in troubleshooting the problem. After he completed the work he explained the problem and reviewed with me what I could do to maintain the units. I appreciated that he explained how these units worked to me and how to maintain them. I found him to be very informative and courteous. (He removed his shoes when entering the house, which to me showed respect!). Grateful Heating & Air was my first experience with Florida service companies and this experience was a very favorable one. I highly recommend them.
