I have also had Accurate install a Generac Generator and a Split Duct system. All 3 experiences were Great. The only reason I'm leaving a 4 rating is because this project I decide to finance using their finance option. Everything associated with the financing claimed 5.99% interest and 5 year terms. This was just not true. I have a credit score in the excellent range and after I applied and took a hard inquiry hit on my credit report the % rate was 11.7 and the term was 84 months, so a bit of deceptive lending going on, on the bank's part. I would assume Accurate doesn't control the bank but needs to inquire from the bank why these deceptive practices are going on. Again back to Accurate's team I mentioned, top notch operators. Skill set of the technicians absolutely spoke for itself. Journeyman quality work. Good job!!

Two guys came and did not know how to do what I needed and wound up giving me a quote of over $2000 to basically run a garden hose and sump pump to install a utility sink. A plumber working at Home Depot was able to work with my husband to figure out the configuration (for hot AND cold water WITH a drain!) for $200 in parts.
