She didn't know, so she asked an older male who appeared to be the manager. He didn't seem to understand her, so he asked me, very rudely, what I was looking for. I replied that it was my friend's birthday and her husband recommended for me to get her a red cab sauv. Disgustingly, he said that they have over 2000 red cabernets and he doesn't understand what I'm looking for. That's when I decided it would be best for me (sadly) to take my business somewhere else. The attitude and tone of voice that I experienced from this male was enough for me to take my business somewhere else. I have had no issues with this business until today and have recommended so many friends, family members, and co-workers to visit this place because they always seem to have what I need. I wish that I could let this blow past me, but for someone to treat me the way that I was treated, especially in front of my child, was enough to push me away. I went to Edgewater Liquors after this incident and the employees there were extremely helpful. They helped me choose a perfect wine for my friend and even wrapped it for free. I really hope that no one has to encounter this type of rude behavior like I did.
