The other day I seen someone wait in line to pay for gas with a card. My message to anyone who my be reading this is: why not pay at the pump? It would help make the line shorter. That was a waste of time. That actually causes an increase in congestion. Not only are you holding up a pump but you are making the line longer which increase the wait time for everyone. You got a card, just pay at the pump and be on your way.

As I was walking out I saw the lady in the kitchen fixing her hair and was actually glad that I didn't get to order food. Getting gas is fine but try to steer away from the inside if possible.

I have been a long term customer at this walgreens and had very few complaints, if any. There is one particularly amazing pharmacist whose name I don't know but has what sounds like an African accent. He is great as is Amanda, though I'm not sure if she is still at this location. However, I have experienced what I can only describe as retaliatory behavior from Wynter which I believe is a result of sending a formal complaint to walgreens corporate. She lied to me and to my partner about not being able to fill a medication. She has the right to refuse to fill any rx but instead of being honest she objectively lied about it. Subsequently, she now causes issues whenever I try to refill a medication and she's working. Unless it's an astronomical coincidence that whenever she is working when I try to fill it some new issue has arisen. I will be using a different walgreens very soon. Also, I hate to say it but the Walgreens on Torrence and Ridge is VERY BAD. Avoid it at all costs.

Then they always have to transfer me to an actual pharmacist and then the pharmacist will look into it and clear the issue everytime so i can pickup my perscription but it takes like 5 extra hours which is rlly annoying.

There were two attendants at the car wash who scrubbed down windows with a brush before my car entered the wash bay, which is a soft cloth type wash (not touchless). My car came out fairly clean, just a few stuck on bugs on the front bumper. Wheels could have been cleaner as well, but not unexpected for an automatic wash. Waited a few minutes before someone was able to hand dry my car and apply tire shine. Exterior of car looked nice without water spots. Self-serve vacuums were available, but I did not use them.

The truck stop is close to some good Chicago restaurants that Delivery to this truck stop or Uber Eats is an alternative option. The showers and restrooms are decent. Security is present most of the time at this truck stop location. Right off interstate 94 just south of Chicago in the suburbs. Overall it's not that bad of a truck stop. The exit out this truck stop can get congested especially during the evening hours.

It was so unprofessional and rude to behave like that! Disrespectful!!!! Now I examine my scrips I pick up in case she is working in them. Going to move mine, my father's and told my sisters and friends to move theirs. I have had to wait times because they couldn't find my filled prescription.
