If I could give 0 stars I would. Todd is unreliable and untrustworthy. I had paid him $27,000 in…read moreadvance for a deck project that would total $42,000, as he kept stating he needed to purchase materials. He would never show up to work, and the few times he did it would be for 3-4 hours at a time. We had numerous conversations regarding the issue, which continued to be a problem. I decided to let him go, and we agreed upon him returning $20,000 as he had only spent $3,000 on materials. He ended up ghosting me and stealing the $20,000. Stay far away from this man!

The gentleman that came to give an estimate was kind. He did understand what we had in mind for…read morerenovation and gave us an estimate a few days later, using some sort of online generic platform. The program he used gave his estimate a 'pretty face' but the numbers and measurements were all wrong. After pointing this out, he revised it, and again, it was wrong. My 'better-half' is a project manager, so he knows what a proposal should look like, [scope of work, etc] which was absent completely. He tried to explain this to the estimator, but it didn't change anything. The numbers were all wrong, still. The proposal might look good to those of us that don't know the ins and outs of contracts, estimates, scope of work, etc, which would be someone like me, but it was not right. While I believe this company probably could have done the work, probably good work, too, it was the lack of a proper and correct proposal that made us go with another contractor. So, this review is NOT about the quality of the work; that I can't judge. It is solely based on the lack of a professional estimate. Please give them a try by getting an estimate and decide for yourself. Go through it thoroughly and double check the numbers, licenses, insurance and so forth. Take your time and make sure what you get in writing is what you are asking to have done.

We went from basic wire and a terrible layout to a completely transformed, functional space with an entirely different (and amazing) vibe. They handled a bit of everything for this refresh - wallpaper, painting, lighting, and even securely hanging a really cool, funky ceiling-mounted clothes rack that I'd been dying to incorporate. A few things that really made this experience stand out: -Top-Tier Communication: Haley handled all of my scheduling and logistics. She was incredibly prompt, responsive, and on top of getting everything handled smoothly. -Owner Accountability: Sean (the owner) was fantastic. He showed up to the job site every single time someone was working at my house just to check in, ensure quality, and keep things moving. -Great Vendor Partnerships: They partnered seamlessly with Austin at 5Day Cabinets in Casselberry for the cabinetry (in fact, Austin is the one who highly recommended Sean's team to me in the first place!) and the stunning countertops came from Zsolt in Longwood. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. If you want a contractor team that respects your design ideas, executes them flawlessly, and actually communicates, call Sean and Haley.
