I called them to confirm my appointment, they called me back right away. Phil sent a text that he was on his way, and he arrived on time. He diagnosed my machine and looked it all over and did a great job explaining how my washer works, and how to get the most out of it. It gave me peace of mind to have such an experienced repair man show up for the job. Phil said the oil leak under my 8 month old washer is common for GE and doesn't require a repair. This was disturbing news to think I just have to let it leak now and then. But, will keep that in mind the next time I am in the market for a new wash machine.

So I called ABC warehouse.they called them ,and they called corporate to push pressure on them to fix it. So I get text saying the part wouldn't be in until 4pm today. Today they send me text 39 minutes before they would come. .So the guy shows up looks at it and says it's the pump I said ok I have appt at 2pm he says ma'am it will only take 30 minutes .he walks out to his vehicle come back in and says the pump and transmission are both shot and it will cost more then it's worth to fix it. Ok now what he made phone call and says someone will get in touch with you. Ok so my thing is if you would of came out 2 weeks ago to look at it and diagnose it. I could of had the washer replaced by now and I wouldn't be in this mess. So frustrating. . I would not recommend this place.
