I called them to confirm my appointment, they called me back right away. Phil sent a text that he was on his way, and he arrived on time. He diagnosed my machine and looked it all over and did a great job explaining how my washer works, and how to get the most out of it. It gave me peace of mind to have such an experienced repair man show up for the job. Phil said the oil leak under my 8 month old washer is common for GE and doesn't require a repair.
