What started as a stressful situation turned into a smooth and surprisingly positive experience thanks to this contractor. He handled everything from insulation to drywall repair and repainting, and the quality of the work is outstanding. The drywall looks flawless--you'd never even know there was damage to begin with--and the paint job came out clean, even, and professional throughout the entire area. What really stood out was his attention to detail and communication. He kept me updated every step of the way, showed up on time, and made sure everything was done right, not rushed. He also took the time to protect the surrounding areas and left the space clean when the job was finished, which I really appreciated. If you're in Santa Clarita and need any drywall, insulation, or paint work--especially after something like water damage--I highly recommend him. It's not easy to find someone this reliable and skilled. Definitely someone I would hire again without hesitation.

He also gave good advice when it came to installing a new shower valve. Since there was no way to access where the valve was without cutting the tile, the waterproofing would have been compromised. So according to him, it would be best to either redo the shower or we would have to use a bigger plate than the one that came with our shower valve to cover the big hole in the front in order to make space to work on the valve. Even though in the end we didn't touch the shower, it was mainly because of Ruslan's detailed explanation of what the work would entail.

Their communication was A+, they were 100% punctual (which is rare with contractors these days), and the cherry on top was their pricing; which was not only fair, but well below a 1/4 of what other contractors were asking. They even went with me to Home Depot to help me return the extra supplies we didn't need...and didn't ask for a penny more for the service. These guys went above and beyond! I love it when a guy comes over and talks me out of doing expensive work . He offered a much better solution than plastic paint ("Cool Life" or "Texicote") and explained exactly why. While he was here, he also offered solutions to our old garage that needs to be rebuilt. I never knew you could just rebuild the very top of a structure. I always thought you had to knock the while thing down. He also offered advice on our water drainage from the roof. Then he promised to send me some contacts for people who could do the work if I wanted to, but again told me nothing structural is going on, so we don't have to. He didn't charge a fee. Nathan is a pleasure to work with - he is professional, communication was a breeze and he is always responsive and never leaves out important details. As I am sure most people get really upset finding out there could be black mold in their (newly remodeled) home. Nathan was very patient with my millions of questions, and also at handling my tenant who was very worried and angry. It took a little longer than expected but understandable with all the rain. Global warming, and the larger volumes of rain coming down all at once create standing water or water that can seep into cracks near properties..... going to make a lot more work for C3. I had called a bunch of other companies and they were a total nightmare to deal with and their estimates were 6x what Nathan charged. Not only were they horrible companies but they lied to my tenant when they gave the estimate which sent her into a tailspin. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and fair, and got the job done within a week or two of my initial phone call. Also I read the fine print t in the contract so I knew that they don't repair damages caused by tape on walls floor etc. my apartment has painted floors so I sort of expected tape would pull up paint. This company definitely made a bad situation better.
