We contacted CNC Service on a Saturday to assist us with our horse trailer. The hub had broken off…read moreof it and we had to pick up a horse on Sunday before we went back to NC. They requested pictures, which we provided, and they said they could fix it but the service call fee was $125. We agreed to pay the fee. They were very responsive at first and showed up on time to do the work. After inspecting the tire, bearings, and hub, they determined that we needed new bearings. My husband went with them to the store and purchased the parts that the repair guy told him to buy. They returned and completed the repair for $285. The next day, we drove 1 hour away to Wadmalaw Island to pick up the horse. When we got to the barn, the tires started smoking, the hub popped off again, and my entire tire fell off. This is extremely dangerous and could have resulted in serious injury to myself, my family, and the horse if it had happened while we were on the road back to NC. Luckily, it happened before we put the horse on the trailer so we were in a safe location. I reached out to CNC and they said that they should have replaced the hub in addition to the bearings. My husband stated that they never asked him to purchase a new hub. In the end, we agreed to receive a $100 refund since the repair did not hold. We had to take an extra day off from work in order to get the trailer to a repair shop on Monday since everything was closed Sunday. When they inspected the wheel when we got there, they found that the old interior bearing was never replaced. CNC just added the new bearing on top of the old one and put the old hub back on. The repair shop said that they would not have been able to secure the bolts well either because of the double bearings so that is the reason the tire fell off. I reached out to CNC and asked for a full refund since they did not actually complete the repair and they put us in a very dangerous situation. They are not responding. They have not taken responsibility for the situation. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to another repair shop versus using this service. We trusted them to fix our trailer and make it safe to drive. They are supposed to be the professionals so we purchased the parts that they told us to and took their word for it when they said it was fixed. Instead, we ended up in a dangerous situation that could have ended much worse if we were on the highway. Please do not put yourself in that situation. Stay safe and take your vehicle to an actual repair shop

Fortunately, I found this family owned business online. I was a little apprehensive about the setting, but this guy proved his knowledge and expertise with my imported vehicle. I live 700 miles away, but contemplating making the drive back to Charleston for any more mechanical work. Cliff totally rocks!!!

However, after recently moving to Summerville and recently keeping cars past their warranty, we were on the lookout for a local mechanic. We saw many positive reviews on Morrison and also on the phone they were extremely polite. Recently took the Volvo in for a brake line flush for preventative maintenance plus it was braking kinda funny, they took care of us and had us in and out around lunchtime. Clean shop, friendly folks, and prices were very reasonable. Taking the kid's BRZ in this week for some preventative maintenance and confident they'll take just as good care of us then as they did in the past. Overall, Kenny and Laura are great folks with a great attitude.

Both times my vehicle was quickly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner which I truly appreciated. The owner is very approachable and helpful. Today my driver's window became stuck in a "down" position after I ordered my morning Latte and I could not get it to roll up. It was cold and drizzling outside, and I went to Morrison to ask for help. The owner, I think his name is Kenny came out and helped roll it up! He offered to get me a price quote on a new window switch and contact me in a couple of days with a quote. I am so thankful that Morris Nissan was able to help me and is available to assist with my vehicle needs.

I took my travel van, a Winnebago ERA there for service for 6 years. Never had any issues…read more Sometimes the bill was a little pricey, but if you have a lot of experience owning an rv, you have to know to expect that sometimes. RV's are not cheap and require regular maintenance. I then purchased a slightly used Winnebago View class C from them. It had a few issues. They got them fixed right away. The main cabin door had some problems. They worked hard to get Winnebago to replace the door under warranty as the RV was pretty much new. They were able to get me a brand new door. They are cosiencious about their customers and they try hard. No RV repair shop is perfect, but they put in a lot of effort to please their customers. George is great, and Maddie in customer service is always professional, nice, and helpful. I would highly recommend Protech. And Paradise RV. These are good people who try hard.

Got it back month later. Called weekly, got the run around, it was almost offensive. One time I was told they were waiting on a really nice piece of trim coming in (by that they meant quarter round you can pick up at any hardware store). They replaced skylight glass saying it was damaged, didn't call first with a price (how do I know it was really damaged), didn't replace the shroud like I asked. Shop folks were not very professional. I thought I was going to spend decent money and get good service, I was wrong. Total bill was $2700, overall experience was not worth that and the picture shown is what was left behind (they did even clean up their mess). Like I say, disappointed.
