TLDR I got a better ring, faster, with great people, and they'll repair any issues I came to Farid and Aida's shop at the advice of a priest. I'm glad I did. Originally I was going to buy a ring online that my fiance had picked out, but Farid and Aida were able to custom build the ring my fiance wanted. Except they made some upgrades, they made the center diamond and the surrounding diamonds bigger and I would be willing to bet that the diamond is set better (I've read that the settings of some of the online rings can be a little hit or miss). When I saw the ring I was so happy with how beautiful it was. The diamond was cut very well (the key to a brilliant diamond which I learned during my shopping and though is harder to quantify than size, clarity, and color is equally if not more important). Not only that they got it to me faster than I would have if I had ordered it online which allowed me to propose on a wonderful long weekend that we then got to enjoy together while newly engaged. My fiance also said it was beyond her expectations. Farid and Aida were a joy to deal with throughout the entire process. They helped me to pick a diamond with a genuine desire to get the right diamond for my fiance (not "salesy"). They had a good selection of both natural and lab grown diamonds, and even helped educate me on how to distinguish different aspects of quality. They were genuinely excited about my marriage and about the ring. After consulting with a friend who used to work for a Jewelry company, she said to always go back to where u purchased them as they usually would have the ring mold and would typically take care of the old customer better than outside.
