Eli knew exactly what I meant when I asked for a beautifully symmetric diamonds and not crushed ice. We vibed right away. He has great taste and knows what a beautiful diamond looks like from an ugly one. Because let me tell you, there are a lot of ugly diamonds out there and there are many brokers who will try to convince you that they're pretty! I also really appreciated that he didn't ask what my budget was like so many other places. He focused on finding me not one, but two perfectly matched pairs of diamonds for studs. All of the other places wouldn't show me more than one pair. And you know what? I took both pairs because they were both so perfect I couldn't let them go! Other places told me it was impossible to find 2 old mine cushion cut matching diamonds but Eli did it. And he did it in like 2 days! He called me and kept me updated. When he showed me the diamonds he was super patient as I studied each one. There was never, at any point any sales pressure. He let me think over which pair I wanted without threatening that they'd be gone the next day (unlike Capri). I highly recommend him and wish I had found him before I got engaged!

My engagement ring was a relatively thin platinum band, and they had warned us that the band would be malleable due to the material. However, I didn't realize how malleable it could get until after I began wearing it. I was so set on choosing platinum because I figured it would be the easiest and most low maintenance material. The band kept losing its shape any time I wore it. It began driving me insane because I needed to come in and get it fixed almost every 4-8 months (depending on how frequently I was wearing it). I started to get anxiety everytime I wore my engagement ring because I was so afraid of it losing shape. I began to wear it less and less and stuck to my wedding band (which is white gold--lesson learned) only. I was also too afraid to go to any other jeweler near where I lived to get the ring fixed because I truly only trusted Bridal Ring's team. Finally, I was done feeling afraid and decided to switch the band entirely. I explained to Zoe, an associate at Bridal Ring & explained the situation. We discussed the different options and ultimately we determined I wanted to switch my band to the lowest maintenance metal I could without losing the integrity and design I initially had. Sure, the edges of the jewlery piece was oxidizing, but that doesn't mean the actual chain is fake. She was looking at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. After dropping my simple gold wedding band off with the promise of a 1 hr turnaround at $125 to have it sized down (he tried to charge $150), I came back 90 minutes later and the ring had clearly not been touched yet. I shared that I'd spent the last 90 minutes researching online and at other shops in the jewelry market and had learned that this service should cost no more than $50. Some places charge as low as $20. I asked Sam politely what the reason was for the steep price difference. He talked about how much time and care went into sizing the ring, and how he used only the best materials so that the cut would be completely invisible. To demonstrate, he began showing me the process, which reinforced my suspicion that when I walked back into the store, he had not yet begun work on my ring. 10 minutes later Sam was done - the work was good, but the seam was indeed visible. After a conversation the price came down to $100. I'm happy, the work is no better or worse than any I have had done before. But be warned that he clearly upcharges for his charm (he's very sweet and complimentary) and generosity (he did a sonic clean on my engagement ring for free). If you want a deal this is not the place. But it's fine otherwise! Not gonna get scalped but not the most price sensitive option if you're in the jewelry district.

Unbelievable! I was a bit skeptical of buying an engagement ring on-line, as most might understand. However, after relentless shopping on the Internet and visiting common retail chains such as Reeds and Kay's, I discovered that the price differential of Diamond Mansion was an amazing value for the exact same specs in the retail stores. (no, I knew nothing about diamonds before this little adventure other than they are one of the hardest "rocks" on earth) Why are their prices so competitive? Well, I assume it's the massive overhead of these mass chain-stores in addition to their relentless marketing which costs hundreds of thousands of dollars. I just completed my MBA and cost vs. quality was a huge buying point for me and I was not about to pay for all the advertisements on TV nor the fancy decor at the stores; all of which doesn't help me get engaged.: ) I must say, I was overwhelmed with the level of customer service, professionalism, and immediate feedback from Lester at Diamond Mansion. I saved thousands on my purchase and their "no questions" policy regarding returns made me comfortable with my purchase, knowing that they were in the business to meet my needs and not in the business of scamming or padding their profits for personal gain. I will be buying ALL my jewelry from Lester in the future and I'd advise everyone to give them a shot. Was very reluctant to do this kind of business via web and phone so I did a lot of research first and was impressed with the reviews. My original ring, a Simon G, was damaged beyond repair. My husband and I fell in love with one of the rings through Diamond Mansion. We called and found that they were very willing to work with us to design the setting around the center stone from my original ring! They thought of everything; they looked up my center stone by certification number so they had the exact dimensions for the setting as well as color and clarity to match the side stones. They sent me a spec to view prior to sending the ring. The security was outstanding; I received the ring in a four layer non-description box that only I could sign for. The ring was beautiful but upon seeing it on my finger I had concerns that it was too "dainty" for someone as active as myself. I expressed my reservation with Dino when he contacted me to ensure my satisfaction with the ring. We discussed some modifications to the design and arranged for me to ship the ring back at no charge. They made that modifications including widening the band, bolder Celtic design and larger side stones to fit the new band size for way less than $100. When I took it in to our local jeweler to have the center stone placed and check for stability of the setting, they were extremely impressed and didn't have the make any modifications at all! I had been searching for a ring that had Celtic knots for months and happened to come across Diamond Mansion's website about a month ago. I wanted something simple yet elegant, and as soon as I saw the ring they offered I knew it was the perfect one. I had intended on buying just the band only, and buying the diamond later because I wasn't able to make the payment all on one card so I sent them an email with a lot of questions that I had. Dino from Diamond Mansion had responded and was very helpful and patient (we went through 2 weeks of emailing daily back and forth lol) and I found out I would be able to buy a complete ring with center stone with multiple payments. He allowed me to choose from a selection of certified diamonds with great color grades and clarity that were within my price range, and after doing my research on diamonds (color grades, clarity grades, certifications, cuts, etc.) I chose the one that I wanted. To top off the great price, I also got free two day shipping through UPS and the order was tax free (saved me about $600 in tax alone!) Dino went way out of his way to help me find the right one, and I will always be thankful for his time and patience. My fiance has gotten nothing but amazing complements on how beautiful the ring is, and I couldn't be any more satisfied with how it came out! I do not have enough good things to say about Diamond Mansion (DM). My Fiance and I worked almost exclusively with Dino and he was phenomenal. Dino did everything to help us from start to finish. My fiance had recurrent payment errors while trying to purchase the ring, and DM reached out to him first to assist him as they could see electronically he was having trouble. After a great deal of unsuccessful troubleshooting as to why the ring could not be purchased Dino helped to establish a personalized resolution. Next after I received the ring, it was too large. DM resized it for free (the ring is platinum so that is a huge expense). After receiving the ring after the first resizing it still did not fit right. We spoke with Dino and he told us stability balls were the best option based on the problems we were having and the ring itself. Dino charged us a fraction of the cost of other companies (we price checked). All we did was pay for shipping and they took care of everything. I am THRILLED to now say that not only is my ring BEAUTIFUL and unique, but we are so happy to have purchased the ring through DM. I recommend them to everyone I possibly can. From purchase, to payment, to troubleshooting, to follow up- DM and Dino surpassed our expectations in every way. While I won't be in the market for an engagement ring ever again- I would use and suggest DM again and again and again. read more

I came to find Diamond Mansion online after searching local jewellers in Calgary, AB, both in-store and on their websites, and was pretty dismayed at the cost of diamonds / engagement rings locally. I started looking at other sites like James Allen and Blue Nile, and came across Diamond Mansion through their listings on ebay. The prices for the rings shown were pretty reasonable and I felt like I wouldn't be paying for a company's brand or heavy advertising (hello Spence Diamonds). The only drawbacks that gave me some hesitation were buying internationally from a vendor selling on ebay, and generally only seeing rings in a CGI format before having them physically build something for you. Having said that, the staff (Dino, in particular) were still very helpful with questions / concerns and made the process pretty easy. Also having a GIA grading for the centre stone was a plus. At the end of the day, the ring turned out fantastic, I've got a fiancé that loves it, and a local jeweller confirmed the ring's worth and stone characteristics. Combine that with the fact that I paid significantly less than what I would have if I bought locally, and it's a no brainer. Telling your gf that you bought her bling in L.A. doesn't hurt either. I'd definitely recommend Diamond Mansion for anyone in a similar position. read more

Can't say enough good things about Diamond Mansion. Service was amazing. My fiancée and I used Diamond mansion to design my engagement ring after coming across some of their beautiful designs online. We were definitely skeptical at first seeing as how we live in Chicago and wouldn't be able to actually see the ring in person. Because of all the great reviews we decided to go forward. As a side note we were worried about possible fake reviews on different sites so I just want to say this is not a fake review! Through the entire process from picking the diamond to actually coming up with the design they were nothing but helpful, very prompt in responding and had so much patience with all of our questions. We even asked for a pretty big change in the ring one day prior to when it was supposed to be shipped to us and they still made it happen and got the ring to us on time. Our salesperson for our ring was Dino who was all about customer service! We live in Australia and came across Diamond Mansion through a Google search so we decided to shoot off an email not really expecting a response back but the following morning there was an email answering all questions and extra info.. After reading a heap of reviews (most of them naming Dino) we decided to give them a chance.. After several weeks of back and forth emails our order was placed and Dino kept us updated at each stage.. On the morning of the 3D images being created it felt as though Dino was working overtime as he kept responding to my emails up until 8.30am aus wst! Once the rings arrived we were over the moon.. And for the price we paid we never would have gotten the quality of craftsmanship or customer service from anything local- we received a quote almost $3000 more than we paid at DM and that's not including the wedding band! So if you are thinking of buying an engagement ring, even if you don't live in LA, I urge you to buy from DM- they are quick, talented and the price is the best I've seen around.. I am different from the average ring buyer who buys one engagement ring in a lifetime. I help friends and acquaintances buy high-end engagement rings through a network of jewelry contacts to save them a lot of money (versus buying through a fancy retail jeweler like Cartier or Tiffany). I've frequented the shop six times and have been very happy. Omid in particular is really helpful. He definitely wants people to leave happy and will stand behind his work. I have bought settings that have been pre-made and I have had custom pieces created. They have a really well curated selection of both classic and more current designs. They have really fast turnaround for custom work. The last two rings I had created only took one week to make. Regarding the location: the store is in the main Jewelers Building downtown. It's a lot nicer than those crammed jewelry district booths, but not a fancy store you would find on rodeo either. They've offered me espresso while I've looked at rings. The parking under the building is not cheap. If you can find parking in a nearby lot or on the street you can save a few dollars. read more

This is the first internet review I have ever taken the time to write. That alone tells you how happy I am with my experience with Diamond Mansion. I choose them over the larger online retailers as they were the only company that could track down the IF emerald cut center stone I was looking for. I was also able to customize the setting and side stones. I found this option lacking at the other retailers. I worked directly with Dino who constantly sent new stone options until we landed on the ideal stone. He took the time to send detailed videos and images of setting options, so I could narrow in on the perfect setting. When my ring was complete he sent me a link on youtube to view the finished product. I was amazed, it turned out better than I ever imagined. I loved the video link, I was able to show everyone and keep her totally in the dark. I can't wait to surprise her at Ashford Castle in Ireland this September. Well this review is only good as the story for about 2 months I was looking for a upgrade on my wife's engagement rings three quarter carat princess cut solitaire about 1 year old it was kind of frustrating cuz everybody promised so much and fall short of the line but when I seen diamond on a prong diamond mansion I had to give Dino a call I talked to him briefly basically he gave me the rule of time and I told him what I wanted to proceed with a little different it wasn't about a money issue I didn't hang allynne all I want to hear it what we spoke about we started corresponding by email after a few days we came up with a recipe I'm originally from Jersey and New York a straight shooter so the grammar was a little off LOL so we came to agreement I PayPal his money in full in about 12 days we got our ring and I have to say spectacular in every way flawless cleaning above and beyond I feel like this is a Fortune 500 company no regrets we loved it the best deal I ever got read more

I am strictly an online customer of Diamond Mansion and never stepped foot inside the store. I was extremely wary of buying my engagement ring online and did extensive research on many different companies both online and locally in-store. I found that the prices and value were the best with Diamond Mansion. The service was outstanding as well. I had a very long e-mail chain going with Lester, and he answered every single question I had with good knowledge of the jewelry field. They sent pictures and video of the exact diamonds I was looking at when possible, including the certifications. There was even a time that they sent me a computer rendered image of what my engagement ring would look like after being made that was a little off for me, and they took my suggestions and matched them exactly. I can only praise Dino from Diamond Mansions. He was (and still is) extremely helpful. As I know nothing about exquisite jewellery such as theirs. All I did was look through their designs on their website. Chose a style and diamond I thought would suit. Then with the help of Dino he guided me to the finer points and details of which diamond would suit my style as I h ad to consider comfort when working around horse. All the information, including the final design and finished product were available to me on line. Considering I live in Australia. They made my ring and had her shipped to me in what I can only say 'exceptional time'. If I were to use a jeweller in Adelaide I will still be waiting. TRUST! That was my first concern when buying diamonds on line. Dino, at the Diamond Mansion put that concern completely to rest. Not only are they a stellar company, they are refreshingly honest and make it obvious that they truly care. Could not ask for a better experience. Dino was the best! Great communication and customer service. Dino subdued any and all fears we had and talked us through the entire custom making experience. We will be referring everyone here. The turnaround time could not be any faster, where retail places were giving us up to 8 weeks, we had ours completed in 5- 7 DAYS!!!! And I love that in 10 years we can upgrade and DM will buy back the ring at 80% of the cost! We had unique ideas for our rings and the end result was more than what we imagined and affordable and made in PLATINUM! I designed and had a custom made engagement ring from Diamond Mansion. Even though I didn't know what this would be like, once it was made I could see a video of it online which was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for Dino and co, no hard sell and they always give you the best options for your budget and make sure you are 100% happy with your ring. Every little detail was tended to and very quick communication despite me being in another time zone. Dino is The MAN! I was referred to him by a close friend and purchased an amazing 5 ct diamond engagement ring that he created from a picture. IT IS SPECTACULAR!!!! My fiance' is thrilled to say the least. The entire transaction was done via emails/telephone. Dino was fantastic! He found me the right stone at the right price, (and as mentioned) created the setting and had it shipped to me in Florida within a week so I would have it before Valentines Day! I can't say enough great things about Dino and Diamond Mansion! My Fiance secretly worked with my best friend to get the ring and set up my engagement. From what I've seen from the email exchanges, Dino was extremely helpful and very responsive. Dino even sent my friend a video of the ring once it was made, which I love watching! My ring is a pear shaped diamond with Celtic knot and it looks better than I could have ever imagined! I haven't seen anything like it, which I love! The designer was there to guide us through the appointment and she was so incredibly kind and humble. At the end of the appointment, she encouraged me to find the dress that felt right for me and not worry about the opinions of others. We did book the appointment to specifically try on the wisteria dress, but they sent a size that was too small for me. I tried it on and had to keep it bunched up because it couldn't fit over my hips. That was a huge disappointment, especially since that dress was the main reason we booked the appointment. Overall, though, this was a very special experience and I don't regret it at all. Claire is a genuinely kind person and I feel so grateful she was there for our appointment.
