We worked with Caleb and Noah specifically for our jobs and we were beyond pleased with their services. The crew not only worked their tails off to provide results and finishes in a timely manner, but cleaned up incredibly well! I have never had a home renovation completed to such high standards! We had them complete a repair on our vaulted ceilings, fix settling cracks, as well as fixing some previous water damage. All of which were completed perfectly. My biggest positive to this company is how fast they were willing to work with me, they were out in a timely manner to provide measurements, gave us a bid/quote, and scheduled us remarkably fast! I also realize it is a slow exterior season but I couldn't believe how efficient they were! Caleb was also very forward with his communication and providing frequent updates as to where the project stood so I was never caught off guard by any unexpected timeline shifts. Jesse also communicated his timeline of arrivals very efficiently which is a big pro in our book. Overall they provided a top notch service and we are beyond pleased with this company, If we have more work in their field of expertise we will not hesitate to call them back. Not to mention they beat out every other quote I received by a LONG SHOT! Call the Bros, you can't go wrong!

I got a check from escrow when I bought the house in February because there was some damage to the siding around the Chimneys. The seller had Aaron come out and gave us the estimate and based off the reviews I told the escrow company that I was OK with him completing the job so the escrow company made the check out to Legacy Roofing. A month and a half later, Aaron has failed to respond to my messages, calls and even my realtors calls. The one time we did talk was on Monday, March 22 he apologize for not getting back to me and said that he went 2 weeks without a phone because of Apple. Even though the messages continue to say delivered because it was an iMessage and the phone calls continue to go through. he promised me that he would be out either Wednesday or Friday, March 26 which was a month after he was supposed to be out originally. I was so delighted to hear from him that I offered a couple hundred dollars if he followed through. Sadly enough March 22 was the last time I heard from him. I call almost every day minus the weekends and text as well hoping to receive a response one day. He knows that I'm at his mercy and I can't have anybody else complete the job because the checks already made out to him. Escrow won't allow me to change companies. To my understanding if the check is not cashed by the deadline 4/26 the money will go back to the seller which I believe may be Aaron's friend because the seller was very adamant about using Legacy Roofing and would not allow another company to do the siding. The check expires April 26 and at that point I'll be out $2000. I will definitely update my review if or when Aaron with Legacy Roofing ever responds. Unfortunately at this time I cannot recommend this company and I would strongly encourage you to choose somebody else especially if you're getting a check via escrow. My experience has been you'll be waiting forever because he knows the checks already made out to him, if he even comes out at all. I don't normally do this but if anybody has any further questions or wants to contact me about my experience feel free to. My email is johpenning3@yahoo.com. I would be more than happy to send pictures of the unanswered text messages and phone calls and even Messages I sent him of the check. One last thing that I might mention is this seems to be a pattern based off the reviews.
