Not only are they fast, they are super friendly and have explained everything every step of the way. Several years ago my father-in-law had passed away. He was a long term client of Hancock Insurance as well. It was such a difficult time. I actually called John, crying, and was hardly able to get the words out that he had passed. John said not to worry about anything and he handled everything that needed to be done. I was so thankful to have to do so much minimum work especially at such a rough time. More recently, John and Cory have helped get the best insurance for my grandpa and two of my uncles. I honestly wouldn't refer a company if I didn't trust them so much. This is the worst agency i have ever dealt with i will give them kudos for responsiveness when i…read morecall... but wife has been with this agency for 34 years and her parents before she was even born. our insurance went up drastically due to some claims that we filed. we went with it for a while then asked to see if there was anything they can do to reduce our costs. they looked (at least said they did) called back and said there is nothing they can do.... paying 4400 dollars a year for one car... so we started to look elsewhere called them back informed them that we are going to leave your company unless you can help us. they didn't care. went through another insurance and got a great deal. saving 5000 on costs a year. had the insurance company send a letter requesting to close our policies for our cars gave them 2 weeks and they were still on our plan. had to call they did answer and did get them removed but asked for an email of increased home insurance and proof that the cars are off. he said he would but i never did. i tried calling back before they close and he didnt even pick up. checked on our account and they were removed but home insurance increase wasnt increased yet. after all the face that we were a long time customer and they didnt have any care in the world to keep us is a sign of a company that doesnt care about there customers. i would never recommend this company to anyone HORRIBLE! PS my mother inlaw had to put a claim on her house and took almost a year to get approved and even then they kept giving her issues saying it wasnt coverd!!! HORRIBLE! Hope people will come there senses and find a better company that wont fight you anytime you need a claim and repairs done to your house or car!
