I entered into an agreement with Willie to repair the front grille of my Mercedes. Once my vehicle…read morewas towed to his body shop, he recommended that I replace the front bumper as well. I complied and paid him $1,050.00 upfront. After approximately 1 week, my vehicle was ready and I asked him if he could tow it to my residence, he agreed, gave me the amount of $150.00 to tow it. After I got home later that day, I noticed the hood of my vehicle wasn't closing all the way. I texted Willie, he proceeded to tell me that the front bumper impact absorber support was broken during the process and he was so busy trying to get my vehicle back to me that he didn't think about telling me. I have a problem with this because he knew I had a secondary vehicle, so rushing to fix my car shouldn't been a concern to him. Secondly, you charged me $150.00 to tow my vehicle to my residence. The problem I have, it is causing me money to have the piece replaced and you didn't even attempt to offer any reimbursement for the inconvenience you have caused me. I will never use your services, nor recommend anyone to your body shop.

I stumbled on this company through Yelp and decided to give Brandon a call based on the reviews. Not only was Brandon able to beat those prices, he also gave me options when it came to the repair. He was very polite, friendly and informative. He answered all of the questions I had and was able to schedule me quickly for the following week. Brandon did a fantastic job on my car. It took him about 1hr 15 to repaint it and I barely even knew he was there. The paint job itself looks exceptional. I was a little worried because I have a tri-color pearl paint and the blending process requires a bit more skill (according to YouTube lol) but it turned out great. I honestly cannot tell it was repainted. I will be contacting Brandon in the future for any paint repair needs I may have! I highly recommend him and his team.
