Several areas were overlooked, surfaces were still dirty, and the overall job felt rushed and incomplete. Save your time and money--do not book them. Response to the owners: Unfortunately, much of the information in your response is inaccurate. Several areas of our home were still visibly dirty after the cleaning. I personally wiped down multiple cabinets, and the cleaning cloths were covered in dirt. The pantry shelves were also left filthy. As requested, I sent photos documenting these issues, but I never received a response. On a Sunday evening, a huge clog backed up the drain for both of my 2nd Floor bathrooms and the water ran down into my 1st Floor ceiling. I got the water turned off and called the plumber and Kevin at Hamilton's Unlimited. Since I also have a Powder Room on the 1st Floor, I told them both it can wait until Monday morning. Early the next morning the plumber called to say they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they move me up. Of course, I told them yes. By the time the plumbers got here (early), Hamilton's Unlimited had already removed all of the wet ceiling, disinfected the framing, set up fans and a dehumidifier, and hauled away the debris. As a bonus, having the ceiling open like that helped the plumbers determine where the clog was which saved me even more time and money. That afternoon, after everyone had left, I was sure I'd be dealing with this for a week or more. However, over the next 48-hours, Hamilton's Unlimited kept in contact with me, even stopping by, to ensure that the drying process was progressing to their liking. By Thursday afternoon - less than four days after the leak - they had installed all new drywall, sanded, and fresh paint on the entire ceiling and one wall. Done. Like it never even happened - only quicker and less painless.
