I brought my car for a very easy repair job. They totaled my car essentially, and now I had to take it to someone who can fix the stuff they broke for another 5000 dollars. Moral of the story only bring you car here to get repaired if you don't want it back fixed. Not only are they rude, but when you call to ask what the hell they did, they will tell you to go fuck yourself. This place does did such a bad job on my vehicle the farmers insurance has removed them from their list of garages to go to for repairs. I can only hope that this ends up costing them tens of thousands of dollars in missed customers. The only thing this place deserves it to get shut down

Resolving the accident claim proved difficult enough with this however because I went to a USAA approved collision shop that wasn't Joes, the process was even more painful. I wanted to take my car to Joes originally. Several months after we took our car into Firestone for an alignment after a pothole but it was noted by the shop that the car had some other lingering problems that needed a specialist so at this point I took it to Joes. Firestone was great and we appreciate their attention to detail . We had some other issues getting our car fixed at the original shop but Nate found some more concerning issues like rivets poking from inside to outside of the driver front quarter panel and parts missing in the grill assembly and several misaligned panels and headlight that was actually broken. We mentioned this to USAA but they insisted we should have taken the car back to the original shop. My insurance company did not like that I was questioning the work so it took two months longer for them to get someone to look at the problems . Nate was there for us and showed the 3rd party assessor what was wrong. Much to USAAs reluctance they came around when Nate clearly showed why the work needed to be redone. Well it took another two months due to Pandemic issues and the specialty alignment shop that had to fix our knuckle but we got it back and the difference driving was night vs day. It drives and looks like it is supposed to now. Nate was there from September through end of January for us. Finding a person who understands how insurance companies work you over is rare. Nate made our case clear and got our car back to us in great shape.

Now I'm not the brightest light in the chandelier but I recognize When it's trying too be fed to Me , Then He goes on too Say You'll have too Bring it in the Shop Let the Exhaust Kool Down (Mind You it's High 30s Low40s Degrees out) Says they Would have too take it All apart and Cut The Tip Off The Exhaust "It Want Match the other But Will Look Better" Soo I Kindly told Him You know what . Don't even worry about it ... I Then Drove Right Down The Road Found A Telephone Pole That I Was Able Too Pull On Side Of . Climbed Up on top Of My Rig With a 2 Inch strap , Wrapped it around The Telephone pole and My Exhaust And With The Truck Still Running Bent it Right Back In Place As If It Never Happened and it Looks Great Didn't even take Me But 10 Maybe 15mins . Soo Yeah I definitely Wouldn't trust these Guys Too Put fuel in My vehicle if I ran out of Gas.

I called few places to find out if they can help me and then decided to try Universal Body Shop first. I made this choice based on pleasant but still very professional tone of the phone conversation. Soon after I arrived at the shop, I knew picked the right place. Tom Basalyga, the owner, gave me all advice I could ask for. He explained what needed to done and how to file an insurance claim. With his assistance, I actually filed my claim while sitting in his office. It turned out that my naive estimate of the damage was way off and I could not drive the car because it was unsafe. Since I did not expect it, I had no ride home. Tom helped me again and drove me from his garage in Scranton to my home in Clarks Summit. It was a tremendous help! Now, I have my car back and I am trilled with the job! All the repairs are done and the car looks great! I would highly recommend Universal Body Shop to anyone but especially for someone like me who needs a lot of guidance.

They are very fair and take care of you the best they can-I definitely recommend.
