Always friendly. VERY knowledgeable. NEVER overselling me something I don't want or don't need. (They have even talked me out of buying insurance that they believed to be superfluous.) I have used a lot of agencies in the past and have felt the sting of a bad agent. That has NEVER been the case with Crimmins Graveline. I know that they really do have my best interest in mind. They offer very personal service and I have always felt like I am more than just a number or another customer. They genuinely care about their clients. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family and the feedback is exactly the same. You guys are great. Marc, Tom and staff, whatever you are doing, please keep it up. It's working. You're the best!
