We have Safeco insurance on multiple rentals, our home, two vehicles. Plus an umbrella policy. Over the past 18 months, we have been selling the rentals and she has unfailingly sent us the correct form to cancel our policy and promptly processed it. Ditto auto insurance. At one point, I wanted to see if we could get better coverage and contacted State Farm, Allstate, etc. through other agencies. That's where Maggie's service really shone. Responsive, accurate. We stayed with Safeco. Last year we moved into one of our rentals and sold our old residence, requiring a policy to be changed from landlord to homeowner. I, a genuine insurance dummy, got confused about all the refunds and Bal Due statements. Maggie hung in there and patiently explained what she had to do to align all our policy terms to end on the same date, again to help this dense policyholder. We've had contact with other agents at the PT office but Maggie is the one to help you. Highly recommend her!

    I have been using this office for Car Insurance for 10 years…read more Since December of 2023, I have been having issues with billing and communication with this office. First off, I had autopay on, the app said I didn't pay and when I checked my bank account TWO payments had been taken out. My bank placed a stop hold as it was flagged for the two large amounts. Therefore the payments never ended up going through. When i called to have this taken care of i was told one thing by one person and transferred three times before getting the correct person. I then had to turn off autopayment and pay with a new debit card i had opened up. Due to this the next month the payment was again pushed through and the stop hold was still in place and instead of getting any notice that the bill had not been paid; i get an email telling me when my plan renews i have to pay all up front or loose coverage. I had been in communications THE WHOLE time this was happening and my bill was paid within a day or two of the due date, including the LATE FEES. So why am I being panelized for something that wasn't my fault in the first place. I emailed and i was given the option to go through Birstall West for TWO YEARS so i can get my autopay back and so on. While all of this was happening i was in email communications and texting communication (as i work an office job 8am to 5pm M-F and the office closes before i can stop by or call in.) and now i am getting more emails and texts telling me I LIVE AT ONE ADDRESS and have my car in a different place???? I haven't lived at that address for YEARS, LITERALLY 8 YEARS and i have updated and emailed to have it updated MULTIPULE TIMES. I am currently looking for new car insurance because I am fed up with being doinked around.
