Well the lab work clearly showed that she had a bacterial infection but was missed. They told her that she had viral infection and needed to see a cardiologist. Well this was a epic fail. Would not recommend this facility to my worse enemy. Must have reject doctors that got their degrees from Crackerjack Prizes. I JUST started treatment for an eating disorder and to step on a scale would send me into a panic right now so I declined to weigh in. The nurse got hostile with me when I refused. I offered to give her a verbal ballpark of my weight, which should be sufficient for dosing. She refused. I asked to speak to the doctor. Nurse came back and said the doctor wouldn't speak to me unless I weighed in. I asked again to speak directly to the doctor. Another nurse came in to say the doctor wouldn't speak to me unless I got on the scale and if I wouldn't get on the scale I needed to leave. So I did. What a horrible, horrible way to (not) treat someone. This doctor has zero idea WHY I wouldn't weigh in and clearly does not care. If a doctor can't see me as an individual human, how can anyone expect them to provide even a basic level of care?
