This place kind of rocked, and not in the pun type of way. As the name suggests this place deals…read morewith noise. They have a multitude of musical instruments for purchase and audio equipment as well. But what you really should be coming here for is the other items available. This store is loaded with throwback video games. Everything from consoles to the game cartridges can be found here. Every game system ever made is available for purchase. Along with every single add on you can think of, from controllers to memory cards. I was half tempted to buy myself a Nintendo 64 (original box and all) but restrained myself. The game cartridges are much easier on the pocketbook here. Compared to the national game stores and big box stores, the prices, on average, are anywhere between $2-$5 cheaper. Not bad, especially when a lot of these games have not been on sale for quite some time. They also sell refurbished laptop computers here. All seemed to be updated with the newest operating systems and are ridiculously priced (on the cheap side, not more expensive). One awesome thing about this place is that it looks like a shrine to all things past. While at the counter waiting my turn I noticed items that throwback to Pee Wee's Playhouse and the such. They did fairly good with collecting items here. If you don't want to buy anything, just come in to look at the items that are just there. I even saw a Nintendo cereal box on the walls.

Absolutely would shop there again, especially for a computer if need be in the future. In my opinion, you would be making a mistake shopping anywhere else in the Johnstown area.

The 2 employees that did the service were incredibly rude and disrespectful. One of them actually yelled at me to wear a mask. On top of the less than stellar customer service, I recently discovered the wire they routed was cut in half and then crudely taped back together! I discovered this while attempting to diagnose issues with my dash cam not recording. The cut wire was the issue....This wire being cut in half was obviously their fault and was never mentioned to me after service was complete. I paid over $60 for my property to be destroyed and to be treated like dirt in the process. AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE. I would recommend the Altoona Best Buy location.

T-Mobile has been very good over the years I have been with them. T-Mobile customer support has been great also, over the years, and still are. This store WAS also, 3 years ago. Somewhere in between, the previous team moved onward and upward and were replaced by these lazy, inconsiderate, extremely unprofessional liars who prefer trying to cheat customers and prospects to new levels rather than work giving them the service deserved. Replace them with AI or simply close the store if you can't find decent help. They are destroying T-Mobile's earned reputation. These despicable Appalachian misfits should at least be fired after wasting 2 hours of my time and over 60 miles of travel amounting to costing me $200 or more. They lied and tried to cheat us rather than doing what was dictated to them in our file by customer support and verbally by myself, telling us that Customer Support and I were wrong and did/do not know what they/we were doing. WRONG. We went home and contacted customer support and they shipped out the replacement device, under warranty on Next Day air. We received it very quickly considering it was a weekend, and it was functioning as they said later that day. No new phones needed, no new contracts needed, no thousands of dollars spent as the Johnstown Galleria Employees tried to cheat us out of. Sincerely, A long term cell customer
