After an issue arose with a slider on a Pioneer DJ controller, Geis was listed as the closest authorized dealer for these decks. They confirmed via phone and I drove from Indianapolis to drop it off. I received a pricing estimate at the time, a subsequent status update and the ultimate price was in line with the estimate - very reasonable for the anticipated work involved. This is the most god awful repair store in Greenville. First off, all of his 5 star reviews on his Google page are clearly bought and paid for. Read any of them and you can tell they are ai-generated. Second, he responds to any reviews that aren't 5 stars and throws a tantrum about it. He will leave paragraph after paragraph on how the reviewer is "dishonest" and "upset" followed by insults. Third, he overcharges everything and doesn't follow up with you at all. Bring in an item, pay an expensive "diagnostic fee" then get ghosted. You can call them, have them tell you "Oh we're still checking it out, we'll call you with an estimated price" then hear nothing for a month. This place is way overpriced on repairs and stock. I went in for a repair on a playstation 4, they proceeded to charge me $305.66 without my knowledge after they said they'd give me a call at $300. Employees were rude after they had done the repairs and upon further inspection there was damage to my console that wasn't there before almost as in it had gotten dropped, of which they failed to mention when billing. They also changed parts that worked fine to get an extra dollar. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Felt way overcharged. Their performed work was satisfactory, BUT, it costs way more than it should have. First they get upfront money as a deposit fee, and its not cheap! Then later charge for "parts/labor" after work is completed. They said the work would take approx 1 week... after 6 weeks I decided to go retrieve my equipment, partially not done. Customer Service is nonexistent! They FAIL at taking care of warranty customers. They are a service provider for extended warranty programs but do not cooperate in providing service or even setting up an appointment. The warranty service schedule an appointment for me for last week, Geis called and cancelled and said they would contact me in about 48 hours. Brian Geis called a week later and said unless I can bring the TV to them during my work hours and 90 miles away from my work and 60 from my home, they cannot schedule a service day and time for me! They should not be a provider of service for warranty programs! read more

I have done business with this company for the past 15 or so years and continue to return because of their excellent service. I absolutely love the personal attention given, whether I need a repair or am buying a replacement. They always honor a warranty, with express service, and are always pleasant during any interaction. Some times I call just to find out about newer products and technology, and many times Bryan will be honest, and tell me it's something I don't really need. Extremely rude people, I was unfortunately assigned to this audio video location through DIRECTV Premier protection plan. Troubleshooting the tv over the phone and taking their best guess at a part needed. Fast forward, they've had the part in for repairs for a week without contacting me for a scheduled appointment. Then after I called them, I went threw 5 minutes of arguing about a service number which they assigned in the store. Wouldn't accept the SR # from Directv. Kept talking over me instead of helping me. Best part is, all they had to do is look it up by my phone number; and like magic they had it. They had no intention in calling me for a timely appointment, as I was told "it will be at least 3 weeks before they will schedule the repairs". Then repeated "at least". So what was the plan, have me wait 3 to 5 weeks for a repair that may or may not work? Then wait for another part or replacement??? How long do we think that will take with their attitude and schedule? Their are a lot of repair places available, save yourself the trouble and find someone else.
